Sedalia's is a oyster and seafood restaurant by Zack Walters and Silvana Arandia-Walters , a passionate couple united by their love for the restaurant industry. Born from a deep connection to food, family, and the desire to create something unique for their city, Sedalia’s offers a dining experience that blends warmth, simplicity, and joy. The name itself honors Zack's great-great-grandmother, Sedalia Mae Walters, whose legacy of love and happiness inspired the couple’s vision. At Sedalia’s, some menu items change every week and some stay the same based on availability. The Beverage menu focuses on simple but classic cocktails & wines that thoughtfully compliment the menu, weekly. Every dish tells a story, and every guest is welcomed into a space where exceptional seafood and oysters are served with heart, creating memories that feel like home.

It is with great excitement that we announce a very special Wine Dinner event at our Oyster Shack! In the company of a very, very special guest from Raventos i Blanc Winery, Mr. Marti Pujol & the wonderful Alex Kroblin & the thirst crew. This Dinner will feature the most captivating, expressive and unique wines from the Northern Penedes region of Catalonia, Spain. Raventos is the story of a family and the undeniable link to their land, wine making and tradition; one tradition that dates back Over 500 years, proven by historical documents held at their state. In the year 1872, Josep Raventos after a trip to France brought back the Methode Champenoise, a traditional sparkling wine production method that was then applied and adapted to local Catalan grapes. With years of continued love, hard work and respect to the relationship between nature, animal and humans - This winery has encompassed so much more than a business but a deep pool of passion, tradition and legacy for many more years to come. It is during this dinner that we will introduce and showcase some of their delicious wines from Can Sumoi, their high altitude and low intervention wine project. Chef Zak is preparing an evening of oysters, tapas & paella to enjoy these wonderful wines. We wanted to keep very much in the spirit of the connection to the earth and elements that can highlight journeys; this dinner will be held Entirely Outdoors, in our Covered Patio with one long Communal table as the center for all the eating, drinking and conversation. Be prepared to sit next to strangers and leave with more friends and connections made! $75 ++

I mean, you are more than likely all they need to have a great celebration but, Oysters, bubbles and sunshine take the moment to the next level! This is a priced fixed menu that will offer 4 courses to surprise mom for $75. Due to the nature of our menu and offerings for this experience, we ask that food/beverage allergies are communicated to us by Sunday 5/4/25. The food is excellent! Unique flavors combined with fresh fish - super yum! This is a unique restaurant in that it is tiny! But this creates a very personalized experience.

Loved everything we ordered! The richness and flavor of the food was unreal. Also really appreciate the detail and simplicity of the menu. This is the 2nd time I went and both times the food was phenomenal!! Will be back.

The raw fish appetizer was excellent. The grilled black cod was cooked perfectly. I have never had a better bread roll. The orange foam dessert was different but good. Grilled vegetables would be a welcome addition.
