   Patronise Secret Kitchen often and good food quality is maintained. Same as ambience and noise level, except this time don't like the team managed to prompt or cierce us to leave the restaurant by 11:00 am despite I booked a 10:00 am booking and next booking at 01:00 pm. There were only few tables occupied at time of 11:00 am, which we do not understand why we are 'pushed' to move out by 11:00 am, which was rude to us.

   We had been to Secret Kitchen a few times previously and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, but not this time. We were seated in a small room off an out-of-way corridor. Our table was next to a bench stacked with spare crockery, so we were constantly interupted by staff getting to the crockery. The food trolleys were very repetitive, and we were not offered the normal range of dishes, and certainly not the range of dishes available to guests in the main dining area. My recommendation is that if you are unable to secure a booking in the main dining area, don't make a booking at all.

   Ordering chilly oil during the first session, I had to order 5 times. All other tables got their chilly... wtf? Sitting there for 15 minutes and nothing. I got up and walked over to the bar... and stood there waiting to be served. The management guy in a tie approached me with a very non-friendly manner. I ask him for chilly oil, he asked me to order it from the floor staff with frustration. I yelled back and said I asked 5 times and I got nothing. Then he became defensive and said they were understaffed. I said it's the first setting of the day and looked at him unconvinced. Then responded, you have no staff??? A silly excuse. I said what ever. And indicated, that I'm not going to wait for another 15 minutes, otherwise we'll be leaving. 11.30 booking for Yum Cha, 11.30 to 11.50, ordered some food and simultaneously asked 5 different female staff for chilly oil. Waited and got nothing, at 11.50, got up and walked over to their main counter. Made a complaint and then at 11 55 got our chilly...finally. How hard is it for basic customer service??

   Great location for an awesome variety of great Food. Tasty, fresh and great quality. Service was slower than we liked - especially with 2 young very hungry boys - but we managed.

   We were in a very badly located table for 2. Many of the trolleys never passed us. We therefore missed out on a lot of the food. I had to keep signaling the ladies only to find the trolleys were empty . However the food we did get was delicious and the trolley lady with the weekend specials was particularly nice

   I’ve been here many times and have always loved it. Unfortunately today was the worst experience I’ve had. Sat behind a large pillar, we had 2 trolleys go by us and then nothing. After 30 minutes of sitting there with no food, I eventually got up and asked someone to ensure we were seen to. Another trolley came around offering the same food from the previous trolley and when I asked for other options I was told that that service had finished - not surprising since our session was due to end in 20 minutes. Extremely disappointing, we left hungry and went to another restaurant to actually eat a meal.

   My wife and I had dined here as a couple a few times. This time it was with her best friends for her birthday lunch. The food was of its normal very high standard, but with more of us at the table we could choose extra variety. While BBQ Pork Buns are a standard fare, at Secret Kitchen they are the best I have tasted anywhere in the world, with a little extra sweetness just making them perfect. We sampled a range of meat and vegetable dim sum, and nothing was left over. We will continue to make Secret Garden our Yum Cha of choice even though it is a 70km round trip for us. We enjoy Yum Cha at Secret Kitchen so much we are now planning to sample their dinner menu soon.

   Consistently good for Yum Cha for all ages. My grandson has celebrated many birthday dinners as well and always comes away happy 🎂

    I went at dinner time and booked a table of five and it was a special birthday dinner. The service was shocking. The food was ordinary and I don’t think I will be going back there again. The first time I went there over three years ago. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. Unfortunately I will not be going there or recommending it to anyone for the money that I paid. we all still were hungry got a banquet $88 banquet.
