In the heart of Los Gatos, Second Story is a modern cocktail lounge with a rich history of unforgettable moments.

Reservations and walk-ins are welcomed on a nightly basis for all party sizes. We kindly ask guests to observe our table time limits if there is another reservation waiting, in an effort to accommodate all guests in a timely manner. Bar stools and high-top seating areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call our host if you have any questions or need any assistance.

Overrated. Decent cocktails and ambiance. Definitely need more food options. Service was spotty.

This place was horrible, drinks sucked, so loud you couldn’t even hear the person next to you, service was slow etc. Coming soon, a full explanation on Yelp and google.

Will not be visiting another cocktail bar any time soon if all cocktail bars are like this. The drinks were nothing special/different to be worthy of going to a cocktail bar instead of a quality restaurant. The experience was made worse by second story not having any food, not even basic shareables.

It was pulling teeth to get the wait staff to come to the table. 2 hours and I finally had to get the hostess to find our card so we could leave. We barely stayed past our first round.

Beautiful place! I loved the table side martini service. Each cocktail was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

The place looks good, and the policy change so that you can book tables for two people is welcome. However, once you book a table and they find your reservation, you will be waiting for a while before anyone takes your order. It would have been quicker to go to the bar. I don't think customer service is high on their list of priorities. We won't be back.

First time at Second Story, outstanding refurbishment of the old space. Two bars, great seating areas and lively crowd. A little noisy to talk but great music and DJ so it balances out. Highly recommend.
