   Not only was the service slow and a dessert took half an hour to be brought to the table...A “special” plate which is similar to one on the menu for $21, ended up being a whopping $49...Which we only found out upon paying the tab...that kind of pricing of a “special” is unconscionable and with that, I am never to go to the restaurant again...

   St. Valentine’s Day at Seccarelli in 2020 was magnificent. A fitting (and thankfully temporary) ciao to carefree life before the pandemic. The ambiance was romantic, the service attentive and the set menu for this special night was perfect and of the highest quality and freshness. My date had declined to eat seafood for years until she tried the tuna tartar at Seccarelli and now loves seafood. The prices reflect that Seccarelli is first rate.

   Seccarelli is one of those restaurants that you walk into knowing damn well; it’s going to be incredible. The food, especially their pasta dishes, fish and meats, are exquisite. A few of the dishes, including the lobster ravioli, the Ghnocci of Spinach, and the steak are among the best things we’ve eaten all year. Service is top notch as well - the staff knows the menu inside and out, and they take excellent care of you. But for all that talk about pasta, it’s good to know this: Secarelli offers so much more from their supreme Italian offerings to their excellent pizza to their charcuteries and cheese trays. To indulge correctly, you have to be willing to pair their food with some outstanding wines and eat whatever satisfies your whims. Chef Mateo Seccarelli and Jocelyn make an excellent team.

   We love going to Secarelli every chance we get. Off the beaten path of tourist and perfectly so. The Eggplant Parmesan, clam linguini, lamd raviolis were all amazing. Srevice always excellent!Cannot wait to go back.
