A wonderful and fantastic seafood restaurant in the CBD of New Orleans!!
Exceeded our expectations! The food is beyond DELICIOUS and the atmosphere... is just as amazing! The decor and aesthetic is perfect for a nice romantic date. Weather day or night. Can’t wait to go again!!
Waiter was friendly but not very engaging. Not until prompted, did she review the menu or specials with us. We did not receive napkins or utensils until after the first appetizer was placed on the table - which we had to ask for.
Although the food was served hot and expeditiously, items were continuously add to the table without empty plates being cleared until asked.
Aside from the standard hospitable gestures listed above - my experience was great! I would highly recommend this restaurant! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The Pork Belly and French Fries (yes fries! 🤤 ) are a MUST try.
Everyone was kind and gracious. I will certainly be back!
A quaint restaurant with great food and service. Would definitely recommend and will probably be going back
Fresh oysters, great mocktails and fries! Very cute place
Beautiful restaurant with great service and good food
Fantastic atmosphere, food, and service. Definitely will be back!
The menu listed on Open Table did not reflect their current menu, so it’s best to call or visit their website. Also, some menu selections were not available like the Chargrilled Oysters and their restaurant is listed as an “oyster bar”!!
delicious food, delicious cocktails, and wonderful atmosphere! our server, courtney, was bubbly and adorable and took great care of us.
Would have given a 5 star review, but we sensed some staffing issues, and had inordinately long wait times for our beverages from the bar, and for our dessert. Food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and polite. Seaworthy was able to accommodate our family member in a power wheelchair nicely. I will try this restaurant again.
Great for my business dinner and great happy hour oysters.
Food was amazing. Staff was very pretentious.
Burger bun was soggy :( scallops dish was beautiful. Staff was nice
The crabmeat dip and lobster roll were the best I've ever had. The old fashioned was great too! The server was awesome. I highly recommend this place for dinner anytime!
Amazing!! We went multiple times while on our trip. Recommend the mussels and chargrilled oysters! Get those for sure. Oysters are half priced during happy hour. Make a reservation if you can!
Booked a reservation here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint!
Service, food & atmosphere was absolutely fantastic.
10/10 would recommend.
The service and food was not good at all for the amount of money spent on the meal. It was my husbands birthday so we thought we would try a new place. My guess were not too pleased with the restaurant and we will not be dining there again.
My fiancé and I went here and were honestly SO disappointed! We had booked a crawfish boil experience online and then got there and they weren’t serving it, so instead ordered a shrimp boil… when it came out we were shocked! It was dry - and unlike anything I’ve ever seen!
Check out Boil Room, it was SO much better!
The table was very small and seated in the bar! The service was a little slow and it took three requests to get silverware! The good was excellent and perfectly prepared!
A bit over priced; paid 28 dollars for three baby scallops
The interior and patio are beautiful.
Food was pricey for what it was. The oysters were great, highly recommend doing the bakers dozen to try all of them out.
Advice: make a reservation always.
Always a great happy hour. Having Murder Point oysters is such a treat. Great, attentive staff.
Always a great experience at seaworthy. I’ve been eating here for years now. I definitely recommend.
Kitchen had some emergency so only cold items. Would have been nice to have had a heads up. Chilled Shrimp were very small. Never seen suck small shrimp in a shrimp cocktail. Oysters were good but fully priced at $3.50-$4 each. Not sure I’m coming back.
When its 90+ outside, you don’t seat guests in an alley (aka breezeway) with no airflow. Made the rest of the experience awful to sweat while eating and we didn’t request outdoors. Also found expensive for the quantity/quality.
Overall a decent restaurant. Food was quality fine dining. The seating and set up could be better. Inside was very cold and the tables were very small. Service was good. Would go on a date. Little pricey. Could be a lot better with better seating and furniture upgrade.
Our waitress sat us and when we asked how she was doing, she immediately told us “how busy she was.” She proceeded to provide the worst service we’ve had in New Orleans our entire trip. Preoccupied, subbed oysters on our tray that we did t approve of (nor did she ask about the substitution) we were overcharged, etc. If it weren’t for the loveliest lady collecting our tray after, who engaged us in a great discussion about the Saints, we would likely never return. Such a shame. Oysters were great but who cares if the service is so bad!
Had an enjoyable dinner with my . Reservedfor 6:30pm but not s
Service was good. Cocktails were great. Food was just okay. They were out of a lot of menu items.
Great oyster selection! The bakers dozen was a great way to try multiple kinds of oysters. All the seafood we had was delicious and portioned perfectly! Will definitely be returning!
At 62 years of age this was the worst service I have ever received. We got to the restaurant after making the reservation on a recommendation from a friend. We were seated by ourselves in a room that looked like an overflow room at a Shoneys. It got worse. The waiter was terrible. We ordered Oysters and a crab dish for an appetizer. The Oysters were good but we never got the crab dish. After we finished the Oysters we waited 15 minutes and I had had enough and removed the two plates of empty shells myself. The waiter finally came and I told him to please cancel the crab dish and he just said "I'll take it of the bill". Never apologized. Lobster Rolls were good as were the Crab Rolls. We never were offered coffee or desert just the check. I'm still mad I left the waiter $40.00 on a $220.00 bill. It's the first time I can remember leaving less that 20%. This is also the first time I've ever written a review of a restaurant. Next time I'll eat at a Lucky Dog stand before this place. I think I'd be treated better.
Happy hour with my husband. It was fantastic. Can’t wait to go again.
Cool dining room. Delicious oysters. Little pricey for entree sandwiches but the service is great and the music is good. Maybe do happy hour?
Had a great time. The Crawfish Roll was next level. Big is size and taste!
The restaurant was great, the food was really good.August the server was nice and the music was great.
Great meal, delicious drinks, great service. Will be back soon!
Our food came out in a super weird order. Entrees then app then our drink… And we didn’t even get everything we ordered.
Really enjoyed this place. Was ready to get out of the French Quarter for a night and this fit the bill. The Hostess was sweet and very accommodating. Same with our server. Oysters were fresh and delicious. Shrimp Po Boy was great as was everything else we tried (which was a large portion of the menu). Cocktails good too.
Our reservation was for 2 & they weren’t even ready to open until after 2. Very slow service and small portions, they even charge extra for bread.
Amazing service! Amazing food! Beautiful space! Will be back soon!
