   Brilliant roast dinner to celebrate Easter with my family (11 of us). We were so well looked after, especially with 2 young children. Food was amazing, roast dinners were cooked beautifully- the gravy especially tasty. Even saw a seal! Thank you for your hospitality

   The halloumi burger was wet and soggy from the mushroom in a flour bap. I didn’t eat it but didn’t make a fuss. Had nachos with out the meat and received nachos with cheese and sour cream only. I wrongly assumed they would have salsa too. Others at the table enjoyed their roasts though and staff were friendly. I think the food needs improving. I wouldn’t go there for anything other than a drink now.

    Another fab evening with great food. Had the liver and bacon which at most places I avoid- it was delicious, liver perfectly cooked and was very soft and tender. Brilliant service as usual, always made to feel welcome
