Food was delicious. The ambiance was amazing! Chris the manager and DJ our waiter definitely made the night extra special.
My favorite place it’s awesome!!
It was my birthday and Seaspice is my favorite restaurant. I’ve been with my family on several occasions in the past and had nothing but wonderful service. However, this time, the waiter w brought my drink an hour after I ordered it and we weren’t able to place our order until then. Our food came out over an hour after placing the order and the waiter tried to argue with us about comping the dessert after getting such awful service. Though we finally managed to get it off the bill, such service definitely tainted my birthday experience.
I came on my boat and I’m a relatively frequent patron. I was cleanse I needed to leave at a. Specific time. You would not let my captain in to dock and get us for over 45 min. I missed a private event that I was supposed to attend. I was very disappointed
Seaspice is not using OpenTable for reservations so don’t know why still lets you schedule the reservation. In other words you won’t have a table when you get there.
Amazing place to go.
Tuvimos una linda experiencia pero lamentablemente al final el mesero nos cobró una botella de vino demás que fue pagada en efectivo por uno de mis invitados, pese al reclamo el mesero insistió en que la botella de vino no había sido pagada
Had friends in town, we went on Saturday @ 4:00 pm. Fun and young atmosphere. We are all 60 ish so maybe too young for us? The music was so loud we couldn’t hear even the staff or talk. My husband, friends and I have been for brunch and dinner, I didn’t remember how loud it was? The staff is friendly and professional. Food is excellent. Drink service slow. Unfortunately they were out of three different bottles of wine we requested. Our guests lived it, a true Miami experience for them. I will be back for brunch & later dinner.
Terrible! Bad service, my food came last after everyone in my party ate. They had to discount my plate from the bill. Since they knew it was their fault.
Love the place !
Food and service was extremely underwhelming, you can get way better food and service for that matter for the same if not a slightly lower price point so many other places. Everything was simply mediocre, nothing memorable. Our waitress Anastasia, reflected that as well, she seemed frazzled and was never around when we needed her including the 10 minutes we waited to just be greeted - normally I’m a fan of auto gratuity, but if you are going to do this, you need to ensure your service is impeccable, and it certain is not. We had a reservation at 9, were early and yet not seated until 9:15 again just sloppy service. It’s evident that this is a place you go for the view/location/ambience but just know this is all your paying for as with many places with a nice view. My suggestion come for a drink or an app or two maybe and then go to The Bazaar, Zuma the or one of the many restaurants that are just light years better.
All great except the attitude of the hostess
The food was so fresh and cooked perfectly! Love the view as well
On a beautiful day in Miami, there is no venue more beautiful or enticing. The service is great and the menu is a well chosen and varied selection of delicacies - everything tasty, beautifully served and a treat for the eye and the palate. A perfect place for a business lunch or a get together with friends. With all of the many fine restaurants in Miami, this has been consistently one of my favorites, and it never disappoints.
Terrible service, 20 min just for get some water and start order. After eating, 20 min for clean table in order to order a dessert. Not worth the expensive prices. The only good thing is the environment.
The music was slightly too loud for diners to be able to have a conversation without actually yelling. The music is what sets the vibe there and makes it a great place but maybe just lowering it a few notches in the indoor dining section. Also, service could’ve been better, our waitress took a long time greet us. When she did greet us she seemed to brush us off until she realized we were there to spend, which actually made us reluctant to spend.
Service was really poor. The gratuity is auto added which makes me wonder. Food was good. Place was really nice. But we felt incredibly my rushed. We ended up leaving after dinner instead of staying for another drink and went next door to Kiki to enjoy an after dinner cocktail due to this.
Poor service, ambiance and food for the price. Was not seated in area reserved and were told that area was not open (even though we observed it to be later). The King Crab ravioli had no King Crab.
Empty. Horrible service, ran out of half the menu items
They need some serving help, seemed understaffed for the crowd..
The captain could find my reservation and didn’t allow me to park my boat then he charged me for it later
Everything was perfect except for the music, could’ve done so much better
Went here on a Sunday night for date night. It was a party! So much fun. Dinner was amazing. This place is expensive though so be prepared to spend a couple hundred $$
Reservations for our anniversary. Food was delicious, vibe was good, service was good. It was busy but we didn’t feel overlooked. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back when we come to Miami again.
Loved it all
We loved our Brunch, however, as New Yorkers as we are, the food portion was a bit too small for us.
Great Food, Vibe and Scenery
Food Food and an amazing view
Octopus are delicious
Not good. This place definitely under delivered. Don’t believe the hype on social media
Great service our waiter was awesome and he even recommended desert and he hit the spot with his recommendation, great ambience, the place is great and I will go back, but I wont not order the Rib Eye again, I think the value for the Rib eye was over priced.
My friend birthday. It was great. Food quality.
The only reason I do not give full 5 star is because the stone crabs we got were supposed to be JUMBO but they were honestly medium ....Otherwise it was amazing service the best , hostess the best everyone very sweet!
Bello lugar, cómida espectacular!
Best restaurant in Miami for ambience and food!
Amazing experience at Seaspice! Atmosphere is energetic which is fun but unfortunately makes it hard to hold a conversation. Notable wine list and interesting cocktails. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, King Crab Tempura, shrimp cocktail, King Crab Ravioli, short rib pappardelle w truffle oil, and the Dover Sole. Not one complaint except for the price of the Dover Sole - how can a single fish cost $120 to prepare? I'm giving grace though considering supply chain issues and the overall restrictions restaurants have had to endure these past couple years!
I didn't find the waiters to be particularly friendly or helpful. The women came across as rude and seemed confused when I asked questions about the menu. She appeared rude and disinterested. Her service was not prompt. Perhaps this is because this was a group of women dining, but honestly, weird vibes. This looked like a cool spot to meet up with other successful women, but I guess I was wrong.
Our waiter, Austen, was charming. V helpful as we were in a hurry. The kitchen accommodated us wonderfully
We had to wait for more than an hour to be seated outside, as I requested. I kept asking and they didn’t attend our request. We almost leave. When we finally were seated was a great experience.
The kitchen is certainly competent as the food is quite good though quite expensive. They seem to have a large wait staff, but the service was poor and the music was deafening. View of the river was also blocked by boats tied up by the tables.
