Upscale Patio Bar and Restaurant Overlooking Old Town Albuquerque

Seasons Grill in Old Town is a local favorite and is open seven days a week! The concept is driven by one core idea: take the best fresh and seasonal ingredients and prepare them in a casually elegant environment. The wood-burning rotisserie & grill creates an opportunity for signature dishes such as Kobe Ribeye Filet, Grilled Jumbo Sea Scallops and a daily fresh fish to be more than a meal, but an experience.

We have a great Happy Hour twice each weekday and a Summer Series of live music every Saturday and Sunday on the rooftop patio that starts at 6pm (never a cover charge!).

Seasons has an extensive award-winning wine list, a full bar and several private dining options for up to 100 people. For more information please visit us at seasonsabq.com or call 505-766-5100

Our family had lunch here recently on a weekday. It was not crowded or noisy, although on previous occasions having dinner here, it was both. Parking is a bit of a challenge at the moment due to road construction. The had a reservation and were seated right away, and the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I had the steak salad menu item and really liked it – the steak was delicious and the salad was well prepared. My wife had a red trout special and gave me a taste – it was over the top good, and I would have gotten it if I knew how good it was. It came with a quinoa side and a bed of green sauce like pesto – good but a bit salty. Our son had the salmon menu item and really liked it, but I cannot attest as I did not try it. It was served on a bed of bok choy and looked really good, though. The prices were really reasonable for lunch but are probably higher in the evenings. Seasons has a great wine list and is known for their desserts. There is an upstairs dining area in addition to the main dining room. This place has been an Albuquerque staple and one of the top restaurants for many years. I see that some recent TA reviewers were disappointed, but we were not. Still on my short list of the best restaurants in town.

Seasons is always a wonderful treat, and this occasion was no exception to that rule. Even though it was an incredibly busy night in the restaurant, everything was phenomenal - our server was great, food was wonderful... a lovely evening.

We were hosting a conference at Hotel ABQ so we had three business meals in a row at Seasons, and with each one the quality seemed to decline, like they ran out of food or got tired of serving so many people. This last time, on Saturday night, several of us ordered steaks that were plated weirdly, as if cobbled together from pieces leftover from earlier servings. It was actually quite unappetizing. Salads were wilted and the coconut cream pie was runny and bland. At least the service was cheerful and impeccable, and the restaurant itself is lively, fun and comfortable, good wine list. But the quality of the food was very poor on this occasion, I was a little embarrassed in front of our out-of-town business partners!

Too bad, we had really been looking forward to the evening. We think of this as a great restaurant, but they were seriously off their game. There were multiple issues with the food (sand in the salad, veg cooked to mush, dry chicken) that didn't receive any response beyond, the waiter's brief, "We took care of the salad," as he handed us the bill. He did not seem schooled in how to run a dinner overall. Among other things, we had to ask him for drinks - received them almost half an hour after we were seated. Great bread, steak, and cheesy side dish but otherwise, a disappointing experience for a hefty price. Next big night out, we'll go somewhere else.

I have not eaten at Seasons in quite some time and was more than pleasantly surprised. Our server was superb. (Unfortunately, I do not remember her name." The food was fresh, tastefully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere was quiet for a business meeting. I plan on returning with my husband for a romantic dinner!

This was a business dinner with out of town executives and I was very happy with the experience. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We also had a reasonably price bottle of wine. My scallop dish was excellent—scallops cooked just right and the mashed sweet potato side was delicious. Ambience was very upbeat. Glad we came.

Just like I remembered... but better. Better only because I was there again. Bailey took great care of us and made sure we got the last order of oysters. Our only challenge was deciding whether to have each appetizer... and entree? Hmmm did it all... not sorry!

We had a very nice time at Seasons. Overall it was very nice. The one disappointing aspect of the meal is that the scallops dinner included only 3 scallops, and too much sweat potato side. The tenderloin was excellent. The server was excellent - she was charming and attentive. The entire staff was attentive. The noise level was higher than we would have liked.

Season’s continues to be one of the consistently best restaurants in Albuquerque and a perfect venue for entertaining business guests from out of town. The menu offers culinary delights of the highest quality for every palate. I am always confident that the dining experience will be enjoyed by all when I walk into this restaurant. And I can’t say this about every fine dining establishment in the Duke City.

Food was outstanding, mostly. Service was very good; server had to be reminded about a couple things she forgot. The food quality exception was the Caesar salad. The lettuce was stale; it appeared to have come out of a grocery store bag salad.

Appetizers-- oysters, seared ahi tuna-- were exceptional, entrees-- filet and ribeye-- perfectly prepared and accompanied by unique side dishes, wine list excellent, and dessert, particularly the crème brulee/chocolate torte, outstanding.

I ordered the beef fillet and maybe the restaurant had new chefs working that night, my entire entree arrived charred and over cooked and dried out! The fillet was black and charred! The potato thing that came with it was brown to a crisp - I could not cut into it! The Brussels sprouts were all burnt on the outer skins—— I can’t even believe I was Served this plate!! My husband had the special - the rotisserie prime rib and he ordered it medium rare and it came very RARE! It looked like a rare piece of meat right out of a grocery store package!

This is not typical of this restaurant so I don’t know what happened back in the kitchen!!

Our server was super nice and friendly! I chose not to order another entree. We took my husband’s rare piece of meat home to cook with breakfast the next morning. The bread we were served before the entree was delicious with the olive oil & spices. The endive salad I had was delicious — this was enough food to satisfy my hunger.

The restaurant did offer to make a new entree but I declined. The green Buddha cocktail was delicious.

This evening was Definitely a MISS!!!

Our waitress was wonderful & attentive! Not one complaint with her or any of the servers. The fried calamari was cooked perfectly and the 3 cheese ravioli was delish!! The only issue we had is the fact that our steaks, mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold. The very very center was maybe warm but overall both our steak plates were cold. We did not return our plates because it started getting busy and we were starving. This was the first time that we have ever experienced cold steaks from Seasons so we know it’s not the norm.

Disappointed in the steak, paying $32 for a good cut of beef, it definitely should not be tough.

Not sure about going back any time soon.
No, I did not say anything to our server about the steak.

Pleasant, well-mannered service (big plus for me); quiet (another big plus); my parmesan-crusted chicken breast was a big disappointment - the chicken was very dry and the sauce was far too salty. I ate half and gave up.
