Casanou (Toulouse), a small chic venue, incredibly friendly, cosy atmosphere with very hepful English-speaking staff. Serving fresh fish dishes with Asian and Carribean influences but still maintaing its French gusto. Beautifully presented and cleverly executed; the menu is designed perfectly to accomodate a pleasant departure, and not leaving you feeling bloated and overfed. I would strongly recommend the 'Decouverte poisson,' menu for 30 euros to any adventurous gourmand.
