Great meat and French fries, the vegetables were salty Beautiful restaurant and good service. It was too bad it was kinda empty.

Drinks asked for on the rocks no ice provided. Had to ask to get two small pieces. Charged 240Kuruna for bottle of water when we thought we were being given tap water. The meat was asked to be medium rare; one was blooded the other was overcooked. the steak was ordered with Bearnaise sauce. It was delivered with all the other food where the waitress announced that they had run out after we heard the table next to us order after us and was served the sauce. The waitress said we would have to order something else or wait 15mins when food was already on the table. We were still charged 40K for it on the bill. The waitress was quite abrupt. Food was nice but left a lot to be desired for the price paid.

Its easy !!! we will never go there again, the staff was nice but the food is overpriced for that poor quality! The Aged beef was just an old cow , no salt , no peper for the starter bread! horible!!!

We were repeating guests, during our entire stay. The food was delicious 😋, environment beautiful and quite. All the staff was very professional, just to name one them, I would like to sey, thank you to Nada, for her exceptional customer service !!!

Very nice food couldn't fault it, the service was excellent. This place is the best thing and part of this Hilton Hotel as this is the only place in the hotel that gives good customer service

The restaurant did not respect people no matter that today was Christmas they have another reservation list and not respect the open table reservation. I don't know if was a problem of open table or the restaurant but definitely I'll not recommend there are more better options on Prague.

Our dining experience was outstanding! The service was above and beyond and every dish was excellent. We highly recommend The Able Butcher for an exceptional dining experience!

Large space inside a Hotel. Modern. Some limited offerings are for 2 person only, as the rack of lamb. The food is good enough. I may have had higher expectations.

We looked at the reviews on Open Table and reviewed the menu before making our reservations. What we didn’t know when we went was that they are going out of business at the end of the month so they were working off an abbreviated menu. The signature items that people commented so favorably on in the past were no longer available. That having been said, the steaks that we had very very good but thee seemed to be a pall over the entire operation. Certainly not what I would have expected from a restaurant located in a prestigious hotel like the Hilton.

A bit pricey by Prague standards, but if vacationing and in need of an “American Steakhouse” experience, this is second-to-none. Loved the ability to watch our meal being prepared from the table, too!

The service was terrible!!! The host was rude when we arrive and told him we had a reservation. After we sat down he became a little nicer. But the waiter, OMG!!!! He didn’t listen our requests, he had a super rude attitude and everything was a problem to him The food was good enough but the rudeness and lack of attention made our dinner not a nice experience.

Unbelievable. Best steak I have ever had. Service fantastic and staff friendly and helpful. Waiter even booked us a place upstairs in Cloud 9 for a drink, and we got a table side view of Prague at night. Would recommend to anyone, absolutely fantastic. Should I visit Prague again, I will be back. Thank you.

Phenomenal service and delicious food. Cooked perfectly, timed well and serving sizes were just right!! The only complaint (and not really much of a complaint) was the playing of ‘pop’ music. To match the class of the restaurant, some fine classical music would have been expected. But, again, not really a complaint. We had a wonderful dinner/evening at the Czech House!!
