The food was amazingly delicious. Every single plate ordered was complimented by the family as it was all great.
Great food, top notch service.. our first time eating here.. we will be back.. The SeaBass was outstanding
I had the scallops which were fine. However, the asparagus were stringy and the risotto was gummy. Your wine is way overpriced.
We enjoyed our dinners despite my critique. Your dessert presentation was very interesting.
Brandon was a great server and the food was excellent!
The service and food was decent. Dirty glasses. Slow kitchen.
Server was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. Temperature inside the restaurant was cold. But overall a great spot.
Our server was AMAZING!!!! He was spot on almost like he was reading our mind and knew when to come to our table. I hate I can't remember his name. He was a black young man. Our food was hot and yummy. I had the scallops and my girlfriend had the sea bass. I can't wait to come back!
This is a restaurant for a special dinner. The prices are higher than just the "grab a quick meal" restaurants, but WELL WORTH IT. They specialize in fresh, seasonal dishes. The really different thing they do is -- you'll see the calorie count for every dish, and they do not even prepare entrees for over 500 calories! Everything was delicious and perfect.
Great atmosphere, excellent service and wonderful food.
The manager checked on us several times to make sure we were having a great experience, very genuine. Brandon our waiter was awesome too!
It was just what I expected. Great food in a classy environment. I had the fish tacos and they were delish. The service was excellent.
The server was wonderful! It was short girl with blonde n brown hair! She was so sweet ! It was my birthday so they greeted me at the door and even knew who I was by reservation. Great place for a romantic dinner! The ppl here are awesome!
Excellent selection of wines and seafood. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend
We had a very nice and professional server and a good table by the window. My lobster bisk was the best food of the meal. My wife had the filet and lobster tail. The filet was cooked to the temperature she asked, but it was tough. The texture was like a sirloin. The lobster tail was overly cooked on the grill and dry. My sea scallops were good, if bland. The asparagus was dry and tough, probably cooked too long. The little desserts were good.
The trout was outstanding. I never order it when I go out becasue of the bones but, you removed all the bones. The fish was seasoned perfectly and had a great flavor. It went really well with the marble potatoes and asparagus.
It all went great with the grilled artichoke appetizer.
Overall great place for a nice dinner. It was a little noisy but it was a Friday evening. Food was awesome and service was good.
Great food, excellent and professional service. Very relaxing atmosphere. The interesting cocktail’s are delicious. The restaurant is sparking clean. Overall a great place to have a fabulous meal or go into the bar for a nice drink.
I ordered the grilled beef tacos. I got lots of cabbage, but very little meat. Disappointing. Usually, servings here are balanced.
Great service, great menu options and the food was delicious
Great service and food
This has been my favorite place for awhile, tonight it was disappointing because it was average and they are usually excellent. We had a terrible high traffic table near the kitchen, my scallops were just okay.
Outstanding menu, great service. And fabulous food. Fun drink menu. Cocktail flight!
It was a great experience.
Had been there two months ago and main course was excellent. This time it was like a poor buffet. They are rather under staffed or poorly managed. We eat out a lot in Charlotte,Charleston and Pawleys Island, the price was about the same but no satisfaction. The restaurant must stop making excuses due to previous uncontrollable problems.
Food was all delicious. Our server wasn’t good at all, definitely was either under trained or just new to serving overall. She had zero personality and seemed timid and shy, not really great qualities for a sever. We rather enjoy a sever who interacts with us and is a part of our experience as a whole, not just an order taker. She struggled with opening our bottle of champagne and rang in one of our entrees wrong. We also felt abandoned when we were ready to pay as it took a very long time time for her to return. Orders came not quite right, filet was a little over cooked but was very tasty so I overlooked the Mis-cook. The salad we ordered came with several allergen items that weren’t in the item description on the menu (not the sever’s fault, that’s on corporate) so we had to send it back to be modified. All in all an ok experience and we would return, but we’d ask for the server we saw at the two tables next to us, Dominique, as he was phenomenal and personable!
Love knowing we are getting well prepared food and healthy options. Did not disappoint
I came here for a weeknight dinner with my mom and as always, Seasons 52 did not disappoint. We love coming here!
The food here was outstanding. Scallops and asparagus were among the best I've had. Cedar plank salmon was also very good. The service was ok, but the greeting seemed perfunctory. I don't know why Open Table even asks if the reservation is for a special occasion, as no restaurant, including this one, has ever acknowledged a special occasion. I would definitely eat here again, but can't say it would be on my list of regular favorites.
Located in Crabtree valley mall so parking is a nightmare. Restaurant was nice and noise level was low. Decor was nice and our waiter was super. I ordered the filet and lobster. Both were overcooked and the potatoes were a little too salty. My husband had the salmon salad and liked it. He also had the avocado toast and lobster bisque too and thought they were okay. We had the key lime pie and peanut butter and chocolate dessert and both were good. We paid just over $100 and honestly the quality of the food was not worth the price. We probably won’t be going back.
Our server was so nice and attentive. I forgot to ask his name but will ask for him again by description 😊
Very nice experience for anniversary dinner. Staff kept checking that everything was OK.
The food was very good as expected..... Nice Evening
Trout was perfect, but sea bass was underdone. Food got cold waiting for a drink as soda stream was worked on, no water was offered. Most dishes were delicious, artichoke app was not.
Not very impress. The service’s was average. Our server was not wearing mascara. She didn’t check on us or offering us more water. The presentation of the food was nice and flavor delicious. I usually order with my Filet Mignon Asparagus but they told me they were out. I don’t eat mashed potatoes and they brought me some green beans that they were tasteless and hard to eat. I don’t think I will come back. I prefer Capital Grill instead…
Great place and the food was just right!!
Food and drink was good. No complaints.
Service, however, was lackluster. Not saying our server was bad, it’s just there was very little interaction with our server and when there was interaction our server seemed disinterested.
Wonderful Fathers Day experience. I reserved for 4 and they were able to accommodate us last minute with an addition. Our waitress was fantastic.
Great food and great service.
We all had a great meal. Everything tasted perfect and our server Nicole was the absolute best! This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.
It was good but little pricey for everyday dining
We had never gone to Seasons 52 before, but the reviews were quite good. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would go again if we did not live 250 miles away.
