The food was excellent and well prepared. The restaurant did a great job of helping us celebrate my wife’s birthday! Will go back. Only gripe was it was a touch noisy but certainly not unbearable - just hard to hear one another at our table, party of 5.

We have been here several times but this last was to celebrate a birthday. Seasons 52 made this a very special dinner and went out of their way to make it so.

This was our first experience with Season 52 and we enjoyed the restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The price point was as expected and we felt that it was a good value. Our only issue was the noise level. It was difficult to hold a conversation. The restless at full capacity, so I suppose it was to be expected. We will go back, but maybe make reservations for an earlier time.

First time at this location. Service was excellent. Summer menu was delicious. Every item we had was cooked to perfection. We will be back!

Not sure what I am missing. Is it the new norm. That restaurants do not have to want to try and treat you right anymore. Is it because of COVID? Is it in fact that Seasons 52 was bought out by a big group? Maybe not enough good servers in the Orland Park area or just the management does not care? It seems service has gone down in the industry. Just wished it was not this restaurant. Made a resv for my wife's bday. I texted info into Open table for S52 to see it (ex wife's name ) I called the day of the resv and asked if I could bring in a cake for my wife. As long as it is not home made sure bring it in. I am like great!!. I get the cake, bought some candles and go into S52 and hand over my cake- they attach the resv info on the cake. I am so excited for my wife to get WOW'd. We get to S52 on time get seated and the waitress comes up and sees it is a birthday because S52 has a B-day card and a little Happy B-day placard. And proceeds to wish me Happy birthday. I am shocked and I explain it is my wife's Bday. Most of the rest of the dinner was ok. I did have to ask for a glass of water like three times before I did get it. Getting close to the end of the dinner and the waitress says S52 has got you for you Bday. So we finish and wife asks for coffee. The waitress brings out S52 shots of desert. I am like there is something in the back. She goes of and apologizes and brings back the cake still wrapped in the box with the candles taped to the closed box. In my mind " You could not have gotten my attention in the least to help prepare the cake if you did not do that yourselves " At that we left with the cake and ate it at home. I will not be back to this S52 every again. Sloppy. Customer service was absent in this visit completely
