Chef's Table reservations are available Tuesday through Thursday, two seatings beginning at 5:00 PM and another at 7:00 PM. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Claim 52 beer for a curated dining experience. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance, with pricing set at $125 per person. The menu is subject to change based on seasonal availability. While we do not offer substitutions, we are happy to accommodate dietary allergies. Our menu is crafted using entirely organic and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring the highest quality and freshest flavors.
