Seasonal Dining at The Omni Homestead
Labor Day weekend
Outstanding food, exceptional Service. Chef Ryan made the best pasta we ever had ! Evelin, our server was dedicated and did a great job !
Incredible Italian pasta in an 1800s Italian style building near the Homestead in West Virginia
Ate out on the deck - gorgeous views of the golf course. Nice and quiet even though the porch was full. I love family style serving, food was great. Service very good.
Amazing dinner in the most beautiful location! Staff was excellent!!
The service at this resort is always over the top! The entire staff is so attentive
Presidents’ Day weekend
Food was unremarkable and cold. Staff was basically bored/disinterested. This was a buffet and the serving tables were not well attended resulting in the food being mediocre to poor. I chose this restaurant as all other venues in the hotel were booked. Will get a pizza or room service next time, as the high price was totally unjustified.
We were so pleased with our experience at Rubino's. The servers were attentive and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The views are spectacular. I highly recommend sitting outside.
Went here for an anniversary dinner and had a lovely time. We sat outside and it was good weather in September and had a fantastic view. The only thing was that the menu is fairly limited and the Alfredo was overcooked. Make sure you check out the menu first and see if you like the options.
Food was decent, but pasta and sauce were cold. Understand that we were paying “resort prices” for dinner, but if we were going to be paying that sort of money for pasta - hot food would have been a bare minimum expectation. Tiramisu was really good, though.
The food was so yummy here. I thought it was strange our server couldn’t tell us what beers they had and didn’t seem eager to find out and come tell us. Otherwise everything was great. The view is spectacular here too.
The highlight of the meal was the dessert. The tiramisu was delicious! However, the Caesar salad could have used more dressing and the pasta dishes were bland. The bread should have been served warm. Service was good and the price was affordable.
Fun, Homestead dining option. We picked the Caesar (great!), followed by pasta alfredo with sundried tomatoes and spaghetti with meat sauce, plus sides of meatballs and shrimp. Everything was very tasty! Good tiramisu dessert.
Pasta undercooked or dried out , a few crunches. Spaghetti bolonais was bland. Service attentive and good.
Basic Italian family-style fare. Service is rather abrupt and they roll up the welcome mat at 9pm. They are done working and ready for guests to be gone.
