    We’ve dined here numerous times and it never disappoints us. This visit with 7 of us was no different. The food is consistently impressive and innovative. Our group loved everything with special praise for the sea bass and pork chop. The person who had the ribeye said it was better than the steak specialty restaurants on St Thomas or St John! Dylan, our server, knew the menu well and provided outstanding service. We moved to the bar for after dinner drinks that were expertly made by Jake. On top of all of this the views are spectacular. You will not be disappointed.

    Everyone’s meal was good but my salmon was dry and overcooked. My friends asked for a couple of extra olives in their martini and were charged $4.00! Service was not good.

    The fish was super fresh and uniquely prepped and enough cannot be said about the staff. Everyone walks you through the menu and it was my father’s birthday and I requested a simple candle. Instead, he got a sparkler and it really made his night! And then to top it off, each one of the staff members signed a birthday card for him. It was such an intimate and loving touch! Thank you for everything.

    Always very good food. Best to try starters and desert and split the main courses between 2 people. They are big. Beautiful restaurant, beautiful view. Service is always good. I live here and is easily one if the top 3 restaurants on island.

    We had a starter app that was like hummus-- spicy with crudites. We both ordered fish-- he had King Snapper that's dipped in tempura batter & deep fried. Grilling been preferred. Very thick white fish. He'd wanted the Red Grouper but they had none. I had seared Tuna, but had asked for medium,but was rare. He liked his snapper but scraped off some of the tempura and liked the mashed yucca. Our chosen white wines went well with our fish. But NOT with the spicy starter app. We should of waited!! I began to have acid reflux & tummy ache all night. We DO try alot of diff cuisine since we've cruised alot around the world. SeaSalt was very busy for a Wednesday night, but willing to change side dishes of an entree. It took awhile to get our check & another wait for our CC to be swiped & returned.

    Another incredible St Thomas cuisine. Our wait staff as awesome. I believe his was Andrew. Keep that man. The venue fantastic. Our only regret, did not see it in the daylight. Thanks very much.

    As always, Sea salt does not disappoint. My wife and I shared a Burrata, Smoked Tiradito, and Yellowfin Tuna. So many great flavors. Sat overlooking the ocean with exceptional service. Highly recommend!

    Was very good our server Danny great We ordered ceviche and the plantain were a little soft and in a few minutes chef sent a fresh batch We whent for dinner but the view at 6pm should be spectacular One of the best restaurants in St Thomas

    Our dinner at Sea Salt was a celebration of my birthday and our anniversary. The food, drinks, service, and ambiance were all top-notch. The location is beautiful, on an open air balcony overlooking Sapphire Beach, with the sound of waves rolling in and a light breeze from the ocean. Our server, Eliza, was outstanding and we really enjoyed talking with her. She was knowledgeable about the menu, and she was friendly, engaging, and attentive. She even used her photography skills to take photos of us in several fun poses! Our pre-dinner cocktails (a martini and an old fashioned) were perfectly mixed. We started with an appetizer of raw oysters, and they were fresh and came with two chimichurri sauces (red pepper and habanero cilantro). For our entrees, we enjoyed the grilled Caribbean lobster and the ribeye. Both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The chocolate mousse dessert with fresh blueberries and strawberries was light and refreshing, not cloying and heavy like so many restaurant desserts. We loved our wine so much we took a second bottle home at the end of the night (Le Faite Saint-Mont Rouge). Overall, this was one of the best restaurant meals, and probably the best restaurant experience, that we’ve ever had! Yes, it’s pricey, but to us, it was completely worth it.

    This was our second visit to Sea Salt, and as with the first time, the food, drinks, and service were great. I love the contemporary decor, on the minimalist side, very pleasing and not overshadowing the location and view right over the beach looking out toward St. John and the cays. Our server, Ashley, was excellent, and the hostess was especially welcoming. The music was a little on the loud side, and although it didn't bother me, the others in my party probably would have like it turned down slightly.

    Wife had lobster which she said was delicious. I m vegan and had the only vegan dish on the menu…a green curry with tofu. Flavorful. Also got bok choy as a side. Small severing size.

    Dinner and drinks were incredible. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and it was worth it. Be sure to get there before sunset so you can enjoy the amazing views.

    We were in St. Rhomas for our honeymoon and are at SeaSalt our last night. The atmosphere was romantic and breathtaking. The food was superb! Since we’ve been home SeaSalt is the first thing both of us mention when asked how our honeymoon was!

    As always we enjoyed our dining experience last night! The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable. Sea Salt is always, our favorite for a night out while visiting St. T! The wait staff, are always knowledgeable and give great service! The food is always above expectations! The atmosphere is one of the best on island, I feel like I'm on the deck of a large cruise ship, without the crowd! We will return!

    This hidden gem serves up some of the best seafood in the area. Lobster is a must ! As well as the snapper. Venue is semi- covered for those who can’t dine without air conditioning

    The atmosphere is mellow & the restaurant is beautiful. Being oceanside is gorgeous! The food was delicious! The portions are fairly small for the cost but we truly enjoyed all of our dishes. The staff was attentive & friendly. Would definitely go again.

    Love everything about it. Love the apps especially the lobster lollipops and oysters. Not a big fish eater so I got the gnocchi. Soo good. Service was great our waitress was really nice and fast. For dessert we had the guava donuts and came with ice cream! Definitely will come back!

    Wonderful experience! My family dined here after receiving a local recommendation. All the seafood was fresh and the restaurant offered a nice variety of fish and other dishes. The greens are also sourced from a nearby farm. The ambiance was lovely and our waitress was incredibly attentive. Would recommend SeaSalt to anyone looking for an exciting evening of dining on St. Thomas!
