Our 5th visit...still a wonderful restaurant, but missing some of our favorites...such as specialty mushrooms, fava bean dish.
The fries were awful, Rest if the food was okay. Drinks and service were amazing.
Champagne to toast on the house...nice touch!
Great dinner and the food was amazing! The grilled octopus and burrata cheese and tomatoes. Highly recommend!
Went for a birthday dinner with the family. Hostess, Nikki, was rude and seemed to think we shouldn’t be there. She actually rolled her eyes at us at one point. Despite having a reservation she seated us in the bar area, when there were several open tables throughout the restaurant. Cesar, our server, was very nice. No one acknowledged it was a birthday dinner. We ate a decent meal at the bar and promptly left. Not sure I would recommend or return.
Best burger around. Get there early since they run out.
1st time diner and it was wonderful! Steaks were perfectly cooked and the waitstaff were attentive but not bothersome. We'll definitely go back!
It's difficult to find a reasonable restaurant with exceptional food. We had a party of 8 and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience before our show at the Coliseum. The food was outstanding and pleasingly priced. We went back the next night for drinks and appetizers.
We had the steak to share among 4 of us and it was cooked perfectly! Brusselsprouts were a tad too vinegary, especially at the bottom, but the duck fat fries ... oh lala ... do check them out if you get the chance. Every bit as sinful and wonderful as it sounds.
The menu was very limited and honestly for the price the food was not up to standards. The restaurant and staff were very attentive but the end results were disappointing dinner for two for $150.
From the portions to the friendly service, we loved everything about the dinner experience.
We had a package deal from AXS, for dinner and the show Absinthe. The dinner menu was so limited that there was almost nothing to chose from for an entree. When I bought the package I chose Searsucker since there was steak on the menu I was sure even if it was limited there would be at least one option for steak, but no. I got pasta and my wife got scallops. The pasta was had about as ordinary as you could get just tomato sauce and meat. The scallops, there were 2 small scallops on a bed of some sort of green, but you couldn’t tell because it was to salty to eat. The only bright spot was the service and the drinks, but the package of course only includes 1 drink that was a mule which was so-so. Then we had an old fashioned and their version of a spicy margarita, both of which were great, but of course not included. So my experience was poor due to the overpriced package and limited selection, then the poor quality of the food we did get.
We had an easy dinner reservation before a show and decided to try it out. They had restaurant week going on so they offered those options. We decided on the the seared octopus and tuna poke for a starters. Poke was great but the octopus was not. The sear and flavor all tasted burnt because the sear too much (I know that sounds stupid)
We had the wild boar pasta and also salmon for entree. Both we good and good flavor but still overpriced.
Other options out there that are more worth the price and better quality. Go try something else
Nice! Really nice on the inside, Food was delicious, the service was excellent, absolutely no complaints!
Service was exceptionally slow on a Saturday night...food tasted great but everything was cold, filet, steak, mashed potatoes, everything...wouldn’t recommend for the price.
I do not recommend this restaurant. We were seating by a girl who looked like she couldn’t care less than we arrived. Someone came to our table right away and gave us water, a bus boy of some kind. And then no waiter came to our table after over 15-20 minutes. There were at least 7 waiters, bar staff and management walking around, and none of them came to take our order. We waited and then got up and left after almost 20 minutes. I do not recommend this restaurant.
We had a 8 o’clock reservation. When we arrived the restaurant was practically empty, which should have been a sign. I don’t mind paying for great service and quality food, but the food here was very average. There are lots of good dining options in Vegas so we would never return here.
We went out for a friends birthday. The server was amazing and super nice. She recommended what she liked and what sauces and how everything was cooked. We can a fantastic experience.
This is the 2nd time we have been here and this past experience was awful. Food was terrible. Any comment to the waitress was not addressed. We basically would have ordered more food but it was such a bad experience with the first round of the appetizers that ordering any more food was a waste of time so we just got the check and left. Won’t be back
Beautiful resort! Searsuckers is a great place to eat. Food was amazing but be careful....each side is enough to feed three to four people! 😁
Steak was terrible, literally spit it out.
Lovely ambiance and decor. Quiet, but not too. Delicious unique menu, really fun drink menu as well. Our server was attentive, informative and fun. Excellent venue. Go.
I was disappointed in the menu option of the Filet Mignon. The meat was not great and the side of creamed kale was very salty.
The music was too loud from the bar across the aisle. The restaurant atmosphere was mediocre. The test was all terrific.
Food was mediocre. Tomato soup cold, steak returned 3 times. Service was very mediocre. Saturday night and not too busy, so not much energy or vibe.
The service was poor. Had to go find a waiter to wait on us.
Creme brûlée cheese cake was to die for! Didn’t care for seasoning on the fries that came with the steak frites.
There was 5 of us and we opted for the tasting menu, which was excellent and also plenty of food. The tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, scallops were amazing, even the chicken was delicious. The appetizers and sides were all really good. The waiter was friendly, efficient and helpful. It’s not cheap, but we knew that before going there. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
Food was mediocre considering the price. While that tends to be the norm on the Strip, it was particularly egregious here given that the service was so terrible. There seemed to be only one waiter working the entire restaurant, and the hostess — who had an entirely empty restaurant — seemed to think she was working the door at Studio 54. Even with reservations, she offered stinky attitude and a terrible table. We moved to a different one. The wine was also mediocre and overpriced. It was just not worthwhile. They’re lucky to have the location, which lets them get away with such poor service.
Searsucker serves tasty food. Unfortunately they pack so many people in the restaurant that you literally have to yell to have a conversation with the person next to you. We enjoyed our meal, but I won't be back. There are better options without the noise level.
Excellent old fashioned cocktails. Overall good food. Scallops were too salty and very expensive. Still a good meal overall.
The food is good and staff are friendly. This was my second time to this restaurant within a week.
We were here a few years ago and the food and service was amazing. We just went back and did not have the same experience. Waitor was arrogant. The beef and duck fat fries were extremely too salty. We definitely won’t be going back which is sad considering how great it was a few years ago.
We sat in the front bar area (but at a corner booth) for a business dinner. Our server was excellent with recommendations and had a great personality. Food choices for everyone (meat eaters, vegetarians, small plates & large entrees)- it was yummy and relaxed.
Drinks were great (PB&J Old Fashion was terrific). Service was A+. No complaints at all. Definitely a great place to go with a group of friends, wouldn't recommend for a date night if you are trying to have conversation.
Great menu, drinks, great place to hang out between gambling and before a night out at the clubs. Staff was attentive and helpful and food was great. I will be back!
The food was undercooked and the service was sub-par. There are far better places in Caesar’s for steak for 1/3 of the price.
We chose Searsuckers because we were going to concert in Caesars Palace. Service was great as was food!
