I thought the food was good. The menu was limited with selections. I ordered a cosmo and returned it because it didn’t even taste like one. I ordered a lemon drop martini which was delicious. I asked the waiter what kind of martini’s they make and after I sent back my cosmo. He said they only had a limited amount available. I thought his response was weird. He suggested a lemon drop martini. I went with that choice and it was good. I don’t think I would go back to this restaurant.
Good food - casual enjoyable dining. Food is consistently good
Phenomenal. I was a bit hesitant going to a Vegas outpost of this SD original, since nowhere in Vegas is as good as the original location. But I would definitely come back here. Solid work
Food was Amazing, The Chef came by our table which was cool and our server (Forgot her name). Was on point...
I booked a reservation here for 5 onFriday night. My colleague and I both ordered the steak and they were both undercooked and when I took a bite of my mashed potatoes there was a hard small piece of something in it that I almost chipped a tooth on. The mac and cheese was extremely salty and the noise level was so loud that you could not carry on a conversation. I would of said something to the manager but since we were out on a business meal I didn’t want to complain. For a $600 tab I am extremely disappointed.
Oysters were great as were the cocktails. The scallops were delicious but the presentation was a bit underwhelming.
Great food, exceptional service. Wish the dining area could partake in the happy hour, but otherwise everything was great!
Had oysters, marrow and octopus. All were great, though portion size in octopus was small for a shared plate.
This was our 2nd visit. The cocktails are excellent, our memories were correct. Of course the food is delicious, unique options with excellent service. We will repeat when we return to Las Vegas.
Cool atmosphere. Contemporary food probably a little too contemporary.
Really enjoyed our meal. Delicious Red Snapper! Didn't really get the decor of the restaurant.
Great food. The charred octopus, hummus, and short rib appetizers were sensational. The burgers were very special with everything homemade including the bun and ketsup. Also loved the scallops which posed well with most delicious brussel sprouts. Top that all off with reasonable prices and exceptionally friendly staff and you have a perfect dining experience!!
Overall the taste of the food was good; not great but good. I had the brick chicken - it was very dry. The other food I tasted was good. That said their portions are very small for what they charge. The Octopus appetizer comes with 3 small pieces!
Can’t downgrade the score for our excellent server but waited 45 minutes for our table. It was a long “just be 5-10 minutes”
We made a 6:30 reservation so that we could eat and attend a nearby 8 pm show... We waited and waited and waited.. for 37 minutes before we were seated. Rather than having a relaxed dinner and glass of wine, we had to order immediately and eat and drink at a ridiculous pace, which really had a negative effect on what should have been an enjoyable evening. I assume that a restaurant in a casino in Vegas would be used to the fact that people are planning on eating and going to a show and would structure their reservation system to accommodate. I won't go back.
We had a group of 6 and it was so noisy it was difficult to hear the person next to you. We were all crammed into a booth and it really was a little awkward and uncomfortable. The food was good, but pricey. I guess that is par for the course though now in Vegas.
Calamari was the best!
I know it’s Vegas so I’m not going to talk about the
Price but the food in regards to flavor was not anything to write home about.
Overall quite a good experience. Food was mostly spot on – the New York strip steak was very well cooked and spices were good but it could’ve use a little salt for a $55 cut of meat. I am pretty rough on Las Vegas restaurants because they are all very expensive, but this place was good. I think that they should tell people that their salads are massive, and that’s why they are $15-$18 apiece, as I thought I was ordering a side salad. The beer list and the wine list is very good, too. It has a very good bar/restaurant vibe so it is not too uptight, just the right atmosphere.
We got the Absinthe show dinner tickets, we were all happy with our entree's (scallops, brick chicken & boar pasta). The yellow tail appetizer was super yummy! The mule was tasty along with the dessert of a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. We ordered the mac & cheese and thought that it was a touch too salty but we will recommend SS to others for sure.
Great dinner! Wonderful service! Highly recommended!
Wonderful, wonderful food. I would totally recommend to others. Great variety and everything tasted delicious except the Mac and Cheese side. Too heavy for the other items on the menu.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our Mango Mai Tai was delicious, maybe a "best ever!" We then shared a Caesar's salad which was great and plenty for two people. My husband and I each had a different steak for dinner -- they were cooked just as we asked, tender, and nicely marinated! Full and happy, we did not have dessert. We felt the cost of the meals was fair for Las Vegas prices and for the quality of the food we received. I would definitely go back next time I was in Las Vegas.
They had incredible whiskey drinks (including the Vegas knights). Every dish was great
The old fashions were overly sweet and the service was really poor. We waited 40+min to order our main dish and when it was served it was the wrong dish. The “special” was an overpriced piece of beef at $120 per pound! The waiter had told us beef and lobster for $30. Total price with drinks was over $200. Definitely the worst food and service while in Vegas. Would give it zero if it was an option.
By far the best place we ate on our vacation. There were 8 of us and everything from the drinks to the meal were fantastic. I would highly recommend Searsucker.
Long waiting, too much food which was not tasty
We went for NYE dinner, which was a set tasting menu. The food was great and we got tons of food for the price. Service was excellent. Drinks are pricy, but that’s to be expected on the strip.
Food was very good. We both enjoyed our meals. Though prices are on high end for what you receive, even after accounting for price inflation in Vegas.
Food and service were great! We really enjoyed everything!!
Great food and the service was excellent. I came back to the following night to try out the bar and those boys can make an excellent sazerac. I’ll be back soon.
Slow night in Vegas. Service and quality did not disappoint. Free food and amazing starters like the shishido peppers. Cocktails were hearty and the surf or turf options are plenty.
We love Searsucker. Will come back no matter where we are staying in Vegas. Everything is delicious.
Just ok, nothing special for the price
Food was excellent and decor is really trendy and cool
Horrible food preparation---ordered two steaks, side of roasted cauliflower, and fries. Everything arrived HOT but both steaks were cold to the touch. Manager was advised and instead of bringing all of the dinners back and re-deliver them at the same HOT temperature he took the two steaks and microwaved them from Medium to Medium well--NOT CORRECT and left us with cold Fries and roasted vegetables.
Did not want to make a scene but what was the manager thinking about not bringing all new dinners????
Although the meal was fine I don't go to Vegas and spend what I spent to eat a "fine" meal. My husband and I shared the hangar steak and mac and cheese. It was undercooked to our request of medium (but fine for me as I prefer medium-rare anyways, so we did NOT complain) and the mac and cheese was lackluster. Again, not a BAD meal but nothing to brag about or suggest as a "must eat here" restaurant for Vegas.
Great food, service and centrally located in Caesar's Palace. The Poke was outstanding and the burger top notch. Didn't like the Cauliflower, but that is my problem for ordering it. It was about taste, not preparation. Wife got a burger too and loved it. Good wine and beer list.
The restaurant was closed...
Amazing calamari. Exceptional food and great service.
