I got there early and opted to sit at the bar instead. The bar was busy but had a few open spots and a couple of people working. I sat there for 10 minutes without so much as a hello or look in my direction. I told the hostess I would be leaving since I wasn’t even offered a menu or a “hey we’re really busy but welcome! And we’ll be with you in a minute.”
We were in Vegas for the journey concert at Caesars. The restaurant we wanted to go to was fully booked however we were able to obtain reservations at seersucker. This restaurant was phenomenal in every way from the food to the service and of course the drinks. Wonderful experience, and food was fantastic. Loved it!!!
We went here with a group. Great ambiance and service! We started with the buffalo mozzarella salad and calamari, bit were tasty. Then we shared the burger, which was delicious and the Boursin cheese was awesome! We had a salad and the mac n cheese, which were both awesome. Fun place, however they don’t participate in the Caesars point program.
Duck fat fries had little flavor; Brussels had too strong vinegarette, but walnuts were fine; if I were to have bone marrow again, I would go to Beauty & Essex. Pig ears were OK, but needed heat.
The restaurant’s primary upside was it’s proximity to the Coliseum.?
The food was served cold. We had short ribs and soup.
What a little find; relaxed atmosphere, excellent menu selection, attentive but not overbearing service and great value.
Best meal this week
Spectacular as always
Very good experience. Everything we had was delicious.
Unfriendly Hostesses, arrived 20 minutes before appointment, and kept us waiting all that time; although, they had tables ready. After 25 minutes, we had to ask again for our seat. Grade for that area 04/10.
Food was amazing, great atmosphere, never been before but will be back!
First of all, Tyler was the BEST. Great service. We had an awesome experience. Listen, don't look at the menu just order "the burger". I'm not a burger connoisseur but sweet Jesus that was a delicious burger. The New York strip was average. When I saw the $54 on the bill I decided it was just okay. I need a steak to be spectacular at that price but I didn't order it... 🤷🏽♀️ Overall I would definitely visit again.
This was our first visit to Searsucker, and it was a great experience. First, our server suggested appetizers and entrees that turned out to be absolute greats. We very much appreciate suggestions that are true and not just a means of pushing what the kitchen wants to move. In addition, the restaurant has a very nice feel. It's right off the main casino at Caesars, but you really don't feel any of the bustle taking place outside. Finally, the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Advertise being able to accommodate allergies, not so much. The start of the night was the roasted cauliflower side dish. Our streak was 30% fat and everything packed flavor.
Went for birthday celebration. Was perfect celebration!
Excellent service by our waiter "Caesar" who was very knowledgeable about the menu items and bar drinks! My filet mignon was prepared perfectly and the house special of the "hamburger" was scrumptious!!!
Great food and service.
The portions of food were extremely small for the price, and honestly the food was ok, but nothing I would run back for. Ambiance was nice and our server was good.
We've eaten at Searsucker before and everything has always been stellar. But this time the fresh oysters we had were not so good. They were the west coast variety but did not have the normal sweetness. They were salty as if they had been placed in brine and so did not seem fresh. Didn't finish them and ordered some east coast oysters, which were much better. Everything else was great as usual. The service especially was really good. The only other disappointment was not having enough room have one of their decadent desserts. But that was entirely my fault. This is a great place to eat.
Placed beside serving area, my steak was warm and the mash and spinach was cold.
My wife likes her burger and my son liked his salmon.
Overpriced and dull
We had the whole roasted suckling pig and four very small sides...for $394, including tax and gratuity. After drinks, apps, and more sides, we spent about $600 for 8 adults and 2 kids. The pig was incredible but this wS a poor value.
Delicious food, great atmosphere but the service was not fantastic.
The bone marrow appetizer it melts it’s delicious, the short ribs plate and of course the Cowboy Rib Eye my favorites.
New customer for sure
Great Service, food was very tasty and plenty on offer...
Our 5th visit...still a wonderful restaurant, but missing some of our favorites...such as specialty mushrooms, fava bean dish.
The fries were awful, Rest if the food was okay. Drinks and service were amazing.
Champagne to toast on the house...nice touch!
Great dinner and the food was amazing! The grilled octopus and burrata cheese and tomatoes. Highly recommend!
Went for a birthday dinner with the family. Hostess, Nikki, was rude and seemed to think we shouldn’t be there. She actually rolled her eyes at us at one point. Despite having a reservation she seated us in the bar area, when there were several open tables throughout the restaurant. Cesar, our server, was very nice. No one acknowledged it was a birthday dinner. We ate a decent meal at the bar and promptly left. Not sure I would recommend or return.
Best burger around. Get there early since they run out.
1st time diner and it was wonderful! Steaks were perfectly cooked and the waitstaff were attentive but not bothersome. We'll definitely go back!
It's difficult to find a reasonable restaurant with exceptional food. We had a party of 8 and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience before our show at the Coliseum. The food was outstanding and pleasingly priced. We went back the next night for drinks and appetizers.
We had the steak to share among 4 of us and it was cooked perfectly! Brusselsprouts were a tad too vinegary, especially at the bottom, but the duck fat fries ... oh lala ... do check them out if you get the chance. Every bit as sinful and wonderful as it sounds.
The menu was very limited and honestly for the price the food was not up to standards. The restaurant and staff were very attentive but the end results were disappointing dinner for two for $150.
From the portions to the friendly service, we loved everything about the dinner experience.
We had a package deal from AXS, for dinner and the show Absinthe. The dinner menu was so limited that there was almost nothing to chose from for an entree. When I bought the package I chose Searsucker since there was steak on the menu I was sure even if it was limited there would be at least one option for steak, but no. I got pasta and my wife got scallops. The pasta was had about as ordinary as you could get just tomato sauce and meat. The scallops, there were 2 small scallops on a bed of some sort of green, but you couldn’t tell because it was to salty to eat. The only bright spot was the service and the drinks, but the package of course only includes 1 drink that was a mule which was so-so. Then we had an old fashioned and their version of a spicy margarita, both of which were great, but of course not included. So my experience was poor due to the overpriced package and limited selection, then the poor quality of the food we did get.
We had an easy dinner reservation before a show and decided to try it out. They had restaurant week going on so they offered those options. We decided on the the seared octopus and tuna poke for a starters. Poke was great but the octopus was not. The sear and flavor all tasted burnt because the sear too much (I know that sounds stupid)
We had the wild boar pasta and also salmon for entree. Both we good and good flavor but still overpriced.
Other options out there that are more worth the price and better quality. Go try something else
Nice! Really nice on the inside, Food was delicious, the service was excellent, absolutely no complaints!
Service was exceptionally slow on a Saturday night...food tasted great but everything was cold, filet, steak, mashed potatoes, everything...wouldn’t recommend for the price.
