Our party of six all agreed this was our favorite meal during our visit to Las Vegas. The drinks were creative and delicious. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional. The use of flavors and ingredient combinations in every dish was simply divine. We also loved the ambiance in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!
Food was outstanding and service was great!
Great atmosphere & Amazing food!
Service was beyond slow. Food was average and expensive for what you got
Came here after the Celine Dion concert for some apps and a nightcap. Good service, eclectic menu, but of course pricey because, well, Vegas. Would still come again.
Absolutely fantastic! A hidden gem. The yellowtail crudo was incredible and DO NOT skip the rocky road bread pudding!
The food was good value for money. We purchased our dinner as a package with the Absinthe show. I would probably go back, but wouldn’t rush in to return if I’m being honest.
The food and service was terrible from the moment we checked in with the hostess
For the first night in Las Vegas, staying at Caesar's, we didn't want to go far. Most if not all the other Caesar's restaurants either needed reservations or had a long wait. I did have a reservation made that morning but really didn't need it. The place was 50% full, mostly at the bar. It's a "meat" place and doesn't offer real vegetarian or vegan alternatives. Pork is king here. The food was more or less reasonably priced and alright but I wouldn't return.
Excellent food and service. A very nice variety of options. Tammy was the sweetest and took really good care of us.
Not super happy. First they sat us at the bar and was so loud my colleague asked them to move us. Then I ordered a medium rare steak and it was super rare so I had to ask them to cook it a bit more. My colleague noticed the table next to us ordered 3 steaks and 2 got sent back. Then, when a person refilled my water, he didn’t even realize that he splashed a significant amount of water (much more than a few drops, it was like a little puddle) onto my plate/steak. My colleague suggested I ask for a new plate because my steak was getting soggy, but I was with coworkers so I didn’t wanna be “that guy” so I just sucked it up.
I don’t think I would come here again.
Stopped in here for dinner before the Reba / Brooks & Dunn concert. Service was great- server very knowledgeable of menu and made great recommendations. Fantastic meal.
It was okay. We were seated in a great booth right in front of the TVs to watch the yankee games. Took over an hour to get our food and the waiter or manager never came over to let us know abything. When the food came out, a manger came over and apologized for the delay and said the kitchen was backed up. Because of our wait she said she would give us extra sides. We ordered the lobster, which came with a side of potatoes and Brussels and then ordered 3 extra sides- mac and cheese, Brussels and the calliflower with our order. I think because there were already a lot of sides she just assumed they gave us extra? But nothing was compted on the bill. At that point we had been there too long already and just paid the bill and left.
Food was good. They were out of the cowboy steak and burgers at 715p, which weren’t mentioned until we tried to order it. Lobster was severely discounted, which we should have taken a hint and not ordered
Ordered the burgers that they only make a limited number of each day. Totally worth it - one of the better burgers I think I've ever had
The service was incredible (Alyssa was our awesome server, but everyone we interacted with was equally fantastic) and the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were plentiful, so we over-ordered, but we made ourselves sick trying to finish it all because it was just the good. The calamari (steak style) was some of the best we’ve had (calamari is one of our litmus test dishes by which we measure a restaurant’s overall abilities) and the mac and cheese was off-the-chart delicious. Be warned: it’s incredibly rich and a side made for 3-4 people. We don’t generally do repeats of restaurants in Vegas and we try to avoid chain restaurants, too, but this is one that’s now a must-do whenever we are near a Searsucker location!
Overall, disappointing. Waiter seemed inexperienced and value was awful. Won’t be dining again.
Loved it! Awesome food, great service! Best we’ve had in a long time, home run on all accounts! Only Bummer is we forgot our Moscow mule mugs;(
Delicious!!! Good music too
Great night. Food was fantastic (try the short rib) and our server, Emily was lovely.
The burger was AMAZING! So we’re the drinks! Also, the short rib and horseradish potatoes was so good! I recommend this place! 😍
Overall the dining experience was just okay. The specialty cocktails were not as good as expected. Would not recommend to anyone. All of our drinks that had mint in were over filled with ice and CHUNK of leaves on the top which make them very difficult to drink without messing up my makeup. Cesar salad was full of dressing and BIG leaves. The leaves also look kinda old. Lobster and salmon were good but just think it’s over priced considering overall experience.
Nice restaurant but very loud. Service was awesome. Calarmi was best we've ever had anywhere! Pricey for casual dining.
The server was super knowledgeable and gave great food and drink recommendations.
Food was delicious. Great meal. The reason for low rating is the nickel and diming that appears to be part of Ceasars Palace. We asked for ranch dressing, $3 charge. We also ordered bread to start, immediately told 3 pieces of bread would be $5.20. As mentioned, this restaurant is located inside of Ceasar’s, not sure if they are the ones that push this atmosphere to charge for every single thing, I am not used to it. In the end, for $15 more could have gone to a steakhouse inside the forum shops.
Dear sucker was amazing!! Even though they change their menu to often! I always come back and something is changed!! But everything is great I love the ambiance and the food and service!!the ceviche is always on point and the tomato soup!
Food was great, several different options. Nice size portions large as well. My wife and I couldn’t finish our meal. The service at the bar was extremely slow, even though we were there for the empty happy hour. The biggest problem we had was the snooty hostess, who appeared to be talking about guests as they came in and laughing with someone who we think may have been a very young manager. We assumed she was the manager because shecame around later and asked how everything was after she was done playing on her phone. The way they acted at the front made us uncomfortable so we asked to be moved to a back table, and finished our meal there
Great food, great steaks, great drinks! I'd definitely recommend this place for dinner before hitting the club.
We had the pig ears, scallops, and calamari—all of them were fantastic. Service was great too. We recommend this place!!
The quality of the food and service is consistently superb. Will be returning soon
It was fine. We had a reservation, but still waited over a half hour to be seated. It was very loud and not much space between tables.
Overall great experience. The hostess was wonderfully accommodating and service with Matthew was on point. Everything we ordered was so, so good!! My son's burger (only 20 made daily) was indescribably flavorful. And the fresh made biscuits were so yummy that we ordered them twice -- worth the wait!
The place was noisy with an unavoidable smell of cigarettes...but this can't really be avoided in a casino based restaurant.
Great food but cocktails and wine are ridiculously overpriced. Service was really marginal.
Our server was very friendly and the food was amazing. We had 8:00 reservation before the 10:00 Absynthe show.
Everything from start to finish was excellent. We were greeted and seated immediately. We had the family shareable 32 ounce Ribeye, cooked perfectly and was delicious. Recommend the Mac & Cheese best I’ve had .
Went to Seersucker for the Prixe Fixe Absinthe-Seersucker show & dinner package on Saturday 7/22. It was delightful! Ticketmaster had not provided the correct voucher, but the staff and manager went about the due diligence for asking to see the reservation/receipt information very respectfully - they wanted to help us. The menu we got to choose from was not just "the cheap items" or "small portions" at all. I think Seersucker did a great job highlighting their offerings and the quality of ingredients to the point that I have already raved and recommended to our family that lives locally (we were just visiting). I will definitely be looking to eat at Seersucker again when we return to Vegas!
Extremely attentive wait staff—— however , too attentive. Hardly a minute before one of the two waiters assigned would come over to coear, clean pour or ask if everything is okay . Would have liked to be left alone, with a watchful eye on us! Food was hit and miss. Did not love the calamari, as was suggested. Lobster was good and cookie dessert was fabulous.... overall just okay for amount of money paid.
Avoid at all costs....food was ok...service was horrible....Taylir or Tyler was cocky, impolite, discourteous and imputent....it staggers credulity how the bar does not carry Canadian Club whiskey nor Beefeater Gin nor Corona nor Heineken products....the noise was raucous and cacophonous most of the time. Eat elsewhere!
Although we were promptly seated, service was a bit slow at first.
Awesome menu!! Great drinks!!!! And Nick the GM was outstanding!!!!!!! We went here before seeing the show Absinthe, and had a wonderful time!!! I’d certainly recommend Searsucker for any special dining experience!!!! We will be back!!!
