Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has collaborated with One&Only Palmilla since 2008. The new restaurant SEARED under the direction of Executive Eric Scianimanico offers an array of steaks choices including Kobe Tomahawk, Grass Fed NY Strip and Porterhouse all displayed in a glass-walled meat cellar with a dry-edge curing room. The new menu also highlights the best of the fish and seafood from the Baja as well as some of the Chef’s favorite signature dishes.
The restaurant offers an understated elegance of warm natural colors and accented by original Mexican techniques designed by Jeffrey Beers. The design features an entranceway encased in amber glass, amber chandeliers, tawny marble with candlelit nooks and Aztec geometric marble f loors.

Amazing experience! Wonderful food & service! Ernesto was an incredible server, so friendly, attentive & helpful. The chef, Alejandro, is the best and produced delicious food from start to finish. The whole staff was amazing. This is our favorite restaurant in Cabo!

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Cabo. We tried some other places that are supposedly the best, but found that they didn’t provide the value. Other restaurants in Cabo were okay, but by the end of the experience, you just felt a bit rushed or like another table that needed to be turned. Or maybe the food wasn’t all that great for the price. Not here! The staff is truly so warm and genuine, not pretentious at all. It’s really a special place. The ambiance is exceptional. And the food!! Outstanding. Thank you so much to our servers and all the staff who made our experience so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Whilst the food was fine, I have had better food at other restaurants around the world for a fraction of the price. There was certainly nothing special about the quality of the food to demand such exorbitant prices. 1 glass of champagne cost 20% more than a bottle back home sort of says it all. The staff were great though. No complaints there. Sorry if this review offends the owners, but it needed to be said.

Service was impeccable, food quality was outstanding, and restaurant was beautiful. The prices surpass some of the finest dining I have experienced all over the world. $200 for a prime 20oz bone-in ribeye is very excessive. I expect to pay that for a wagyu steak of that size anywhere else. Overall a fine experience, just expect to overpay.
