   Wonderful service, hostess was very helpful and directed us to a bar for a drink while we waited for friends to arrive. Bartender was so helpful when we asked questions. Friends arrived and we were seated with a pretty lake view and fireplace. Waiter was fun and personable. Laughed with us a lot. Food was plated beautifully and tasted even better. Creme Brûlée was a perfect ending. Lovely evening and will be back for more relaxing nights!

   I must say that I wasn’t expecting such a fine dining restaurant like this in our area. My husband and I were seated promptly, we ordered signature cocktails and they were made and brought to our Lakeside table promptly. Very tasty by the way. Our appetizer was the Calamari steaks which were cooked to perfection, very tender and not over battered. I must say, the Mushroom Soup was a Star. I would go back and have that with the excellent sourdough bread. Our entree we opted for the Signature Delmonico which was to our liking, medium rare. Tender and delicious. The shareable sides were ok, twice baked and lobster and pea risotto. If you’re looking for a very nice Steakhouse to dine, go to Sear Steakhouse. You won’t be disappointed

   The calamari was the best I’ve ever had. It was prepared to perfection. The Hot Honey brussel sprouts were really terrific! I’m so glad I tried them. My filet was prepared perfectly, too. The service was excellent!

   This was our Anniversary. The food was good. The restaurant accommodated our request for special seating and rose pedals on the table. I was so very pleased initially. However, things went downhill from this moment and didn’t seem to get better. We had to swat nats throughout the evening. We had great seating position to see Lake Ray Hubbard, but there was a refusal to open the blinds so we could see the view of the lake until it was time to leave. I had reserved seating in advance. In addition, when we arrived we were sitting in the area with only two other tables with guests, and one table was about to leave. In short, I could not understand who / which guests would be offended by the opening of the blinds. After I asked a second time others agreed. I shared my concerns with the MGR but felt it was not received and minimized. When I shared my experience and suggestion, I do not recall receiving an apology nor resolution. I only recall the manager asking if I was ok with the food. I felt as though he quickly changed the subject. I didn’t feel as though I was valued, I spent good money on the signature steak dishes. Maybe I was not valued. I hope it was not because of my skin color, or because my economic status. The food was a little pricey and the portions a little sparse. The steak was good. I was willing to pay for it regardless of the cost, because I was looking for the total experience for my Anniversary. I was hoping I had found a steakhouse where I didn’t have to drive to Dallas. But, I’m not sure if this service matches the food pricing. This was my second visit to this restaurant. My first visit was great we had a great waitress. This visit was lackluster. I was disappointed primarily with the customer service, and I don’t think anyone cared about my experience. If they did, it was not tangibly expressed. Good food, potentially scenic atmosphere, pricey meal, lackluster service and concern. I was sincerely disappointed.

   Signature steak was cooked perfectly, but more importantly, it was seasoned exquisitely. The creamed spinach was one of the best side dishes I've ever had because it was seasoned so well. Excellent dining experience!

   It is ok. Server dropped things on 3 of the four of us. Forgot to bring our starters so she brought them with the main course. Food is ok.

   The service by Rob was amazing, and the food was incredible! Starting with our signature cocktails: Winter Solstice and old fashion. Then we started with delicious duck croquets… YUMMMM. Followed by the Sea Bass and Salmon accompanied with a great Pinot Noir, Seduri, that was wonderful! And we ended with the chocolate mousse, my my! The only thing that we were not impressed was the lobster mac & cheese… hardly any lobster and very salty. But we love Sear and will always go back

    This is our second trip to Sear. We were very impressed again. Great food, superior service and quiet atmosphere. Great place to go for an upscale top quality culinary experience
