Place is in a nice area, very busy and must be patient for parking spots. Food was not cooked to what I asked, would have asked to take it back but didn't see waiting staff for half hours at a time. Making a 4 hour dinner. Took drink order and didn't see them for 45 minutes to an hour.

Was a wonderful experience over all. Brandon was a great server. He was funny, engaging and was just a fine gentleman. The pricing was a little high but we knew that going in. The one thing I would suggest would be to assign someone the responsibility of making sure the tables were stable. It is not good for the level of food and service to put your food down and almost spill the food and drink! But we will be back!

Sear is great in so many ways. The just recently added brunch service on Sunday and we went around 1230 with a reservation. First the food, ambiance and vibe is amazing. The problem was service. It was extremely slow and Disorganized. Having just opened up to handle brunch, they had several very large groups (8+ people). Maybe limiting group size until the staff gets better at a brunch crowd would have been ideal. What Sear does is not fast food like an ihop or dennys. So handling really large groups is detrimental to the experience for the rest of us.

We sat in the lounge and the service was lacking. Appetizers did not come with serving flatware. Waiter missed soup and side order. Table runners did not present food properly. Touched flatware and then placed back onto table. Waiter was not very attentive for the few tables he had.

Steak was delicious. A little disappointed they forgot our appetizer and served our salad first and then brought out the oysters. Staff at 360 was not trained about HH and said there was not a HH menu when I had seen the menu before. Had to look up menu on line to show her.

Overall, my meal was average. My wife and I ordered the same steak- medium. One came out correct (the server went over the the steak cooking) and the other was over cooked. No one (no, not even the server) came over and asked if the meal was prepared correctly. The meal was served by someone else that did not take our order. When our server did finally make it to our table, I told him and showed him the steak was over cooked. For $50, I expect the steak not to be over cooked. The server said he would speak with the Chef/Cook about our overcooked meal. Also, the server failed to mention the steak comes with a starch (mash potato) and let us order a side of potatoes...he should mention the meal comes with mash potatoes and ensure we really need another starch. We arrived at 5:50 and were seated immediately. However, We found the service to be slow. I think we finally finished our meal and left around 7:30. For the money ($170 total) I will go to Dallas and have dinner at Perry's, Capital Grill, or Cafe Pacific

Not worth the money nor will we be back for brunch. The service and drinks were good and the atmosphere was nice too! It’s such a shame that the food was such a let down. All of it was lukewarm at best and had obviously sat under a heat lamp for a while. I had the avocado toast which is generally thought to be a healthier option for breakfast and they served it with a tiny shmear of avocado and 2 fried eggs . Our waitress offered to send it back but I told her not to worry as we had waited long enough for our food. I will say again our waitress was super sweet and tried to be very accommodating. Such a let down.

Great service and food, only issue was the temperature, it was quite warm, very little air flow. The appetizer, main dish, dessert and even the drinks were great. Server was attentive, and helpful. A bit hard to find the entrance, as not facing the street, but once found, reservation was honored and all was good

Although pricey, the food and ambience are good. The fish special was awesome as well as the filet. We would go back for special occupations. Tiffany was great with us. A few minor strikes: 1 spotty wine glass but corrected with grace. 2 Inside temperature was warm but we were having a week of 100+ degree weather. Please keep up the good work!

We felt like our server did not listen to our needs. But the food was fantastic, atmosphere was great. Just the staff need better training to be attentive to what is being asked of and what should be served and when. I hate to be critical of a job that is very difficult but to be charged prices and to be sold this is upscale a level of professional service is expected. I will try one more time just to make sure we didn’t come on a bad night.

Our waiter, Brandon, made this such a great experience. He was attentive without being overbearing. My steak was perfectly prepared. This was our first visit to Sear and we were SO pleased. We will definitely be back.

Brandon was our waiter- loved him. The food was as you would expect for a place of this caliber - but it was so hot in the restaurant it made it difficult to enjoy. Poor Brandon was visibly sweating!! We had a party of 5 for a birthday celebration and were charged a $10 “cutting fee” for bringing our own cake. Silly. It was close to $500 with the tip (& only 2 glasses of wine) We did have a lovely time but I will think twice before going again…

Amazing experience. My wife and I went for date night and everything was AMAZING!!! Brandon was awesome, he was very informative and attentive to our needs. We got the ribeye for 2 with lobster tail and the crab cakes to start. We will be back again!

We celebrated our 34th anniversary with Robert as our server. Our filet’s were just delicious, the sides and crème brûlée were also great! And, many thanks to Robert, he was wonderful. Attentive while providing space for us to enjoy our evening. Great job Sear!

Wedge salad, filet Mignon with creamed corn & stuffed tomato, creamed spinach, mac & cheese, cheese cake, apple crisp, cappuccino, & cafe latte were all superb. Robert M provided impeccable service, and the chef came to our table and was very personable. They were also kind enough to validate our valet parking, which is very convenient during a busy night at the harbor. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Brandon was our waiter and was very attentive and engaging. He was a positive addition to our evening. The seasonal salad, seafood salad, filet, and asparagus were all delicious. Thank goodness we ordered the delicious carrot cake for dessert. Yummy!! This was our second visit - better than the first. We will be back.

Splendid place for a date! Love the tucked away location, ambiance, and delicious food. Especially lovely being there as the sun sets and you get to see all the lights from cars going by. Felt like a different, wonderful world! Special shout out to Ethan and Jonathan, who provided the BEST customer service we’ve experienced in years. Sear did shame to the Delmonico name. It was not a Delmonico steak. I've had so much better. It tasted like a choice steak bought at a grocery store and cooked in a microwave. Gummy. Stop making the seasnal roasted veggies. A monkey can do better. The scallops smelled fishy, even the folks next to me noticed it and they tasted spoiled. now on a good note, the filet was outstanding. Probably one of the top 5 filets ever had. Wine was not too bad either.

Our waiter Brandon is the best. Made our first visit a great experience. Everyone at the restaurant could not have been nicer. Anniversary celebration Brandon even had the wife’s dessert tray decorated with Happy Anniversary. Great touch. Food was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back.
