   Was so excited to finally try Sear + Sea and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment you are seated, you can just tell you are in for an amazing experience. You can't go wrong with one of the various cocktails or wine. We had the lobster bisque and the bread presentation. For dinner we had the steak which was so tender and flavorful and the stuffed chicken. When I say that chicken should always come stuffed with foie gras and truffles, it is a must! Kudos to Chef Thomas and his team for a wonderful memorable dinner. Cannot wait to return again soon!

   Justin and the rest of the staff created an amazing experience for us. Food was phenomenal! Brussels Sprouts were some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The steaks were top notch.

   Our overall experience was very satisfying and Jeffrey took great care of us. The food was well prepared and a quite delicious and we look forward to visiting again sometime soon.

   Phenomal experience. Our server Jeffrey was fantastic, explaining lots of menu items (in detail). Very knowledgeable and we ordered several items because of his recommendations. (Scallop appetizer and Monkfish entree) Everything we ordered was excellent. Just beware, the prices are a little crazy. The scallop appetizer (3 pieces) was $40. A Ketel One martini was $26 (and we were charged extra for the blue cheese stuffed olives. $7.50 for 6 olives. (Never been charged extra for olives before!)

   I specifically went for the New York Strip for some protein after traveling, figured it would be okay. But OMG that was the best damn steak I’ve ever had! Just the steak and some salt and notes I think I’ll have one every day I’m visiting Orlando! Beautiful, trim strip grilled to absolute perfection. Service was great as well.

    Everything from the moment we walked up was excellent! We started our dinner off with cocktails being the enchanted blossom, which was phenomenal. We ordered the artisanal bread and scallops for appetizers and both were really great. For the main course I had the Gunpowder lamb loin. Lamb is typically a dish that I order at most places, but this was by far the best lamb dish I have had. The lamb was so tender that I could use a fork to cut it. The lamb was on top of a coconut masala which was super flavorful. I am not very accustomed to Indian cuisine but I can say this fusion was outstanding. For sides we went with the Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese. Both were incredible but if you had to pick one, then I would say get the brussel sprouts. I honestly don't have the vocabulary or knowledge to describe them other than being among the best I have had. To finish off the meal, I went with the gelato trio, being a cranberry Prosecco gelato, vanilla chai gelato, and green apple white chocolate gelato. All were good but the cranberry prosecco was too icy and not creamy enough like the other two. The gelato was good but nothing to rant and rave about. I did try a bite of the lemon cheesecake and that was outstanding! Overall, if you are looking for an exceptional meal with a beautiful atmosphere and don't mind the price, Sear+Sea is a fantastic option!
