Everything about Seamore's Nolita was outstanding. The service was friendly and very attentive and the food was delicious. My group spent 4 hours there and they never rushed us at all. It is truly a great place!
I would definitely recommend Seamore's Nolita to a friend. Esp if your going for brunch on a date or with a group of friends. Lots of yummy options. One thing is, I wish they didn't go as heavy on the salt. Noticed the tuna poke was a little too salty. Our waiter was great and attentive. Brunch was a little pricey but maybe thats because we ordered a little too much for the table ;-)
Inside is quite noisy. Ate outside in a busy sidewalk
Fish is fresh. Preparation is simple.
A 20% gratuity is added automatically, which is annoying.
They have a great happy hour! Will definitely go again.
Delicious seafood. Shrimp tacos amazing and we loved the happy hour. Nice surprise!
They sat us in a community table where the other table didn't want to move over to make room for another guest!
Food was fabulous. Service was confusing-unsure who our server was. 3 different people brought us things and didn’t seem aware of what each other was doing
Been anxious to try seamores since it opened but was disappointed at just about every opportunity. Having read so much about it felt that I understood the mission more than the servers or manager. Perhaps my expectations were out of line but I found the hospitality, food quality and ambience less than what I’d hoped for.
The food was delicious at this cute Nolita corner seafood restaurant, but considering that the restaurant was half empty we were shocked that the staff was as overwhelmed as they were.
Great seafood at reasonable prices. Excellent service. Best happy hour
My first experience at Seamore’s was at lunch in your Brooklyn location. The food and service was great! This time we had a waiter that had a terrible attitude and was not accommodating with how we wanted our dishes (example- sub brown rice for the cauliflower mash). He didn’t have an opinion on any of the dishes and the food just wasn’t good. We left with our plates full.
A very nice neighborhood place with really fresh Long Island seafood...
Fresh, delicious seafood and efficient service on a lively corner in Nolita.
Ordered the fish and chips. Should have sent them back. My mistake. Four tiny fish sticks that were half breading. Bit into the first one, no fish, second bite, no fish. Finally found some fish on the third bite.
The french fries were atrocious. When you can't plate better fries than your average McDonald's it's time to hang it up. These "fries" were thin cut and so over cooked they were more like the potato sticks you get in a can.
Lot's of yakking in the menu about their "landings" etc from Gloucester, Ma, as if that was some sort of validation. Anyone from New England would be appalled at this place calling itself a seafood restaurant.
They know the real deal. This is not it.
Really good weekday happy hour! Great for any occasion.
Had dinner with a friend for my birthday, great service and food, as always!
We ordered 18 oysters and got 17 butchered specimens. We ordered fries and a salad, these arrived at towards the end of the meal. I asked that my fish would be thoroughly cooked, but portions were under cooked.
Seamore’s is perfect. The food was fantastic and it was refreshing to have a host, bartenders and a server that were all delightful and couldn’t do enough for us. Great location. We loved it! And we are thrilled to discover there are other locations to try.
Food and service was okay, but not what it should be for how expensive everything is. The only thing I really enjoyed was the atmosphere.
Arrived three minutes before the restaurant opened. Host would not seat us even though the restaurant was completely empty, we had a reservation that would start in three minutes, and we had a one year old baby we were holding.
Great Summer vibe, delicious food! Everyone in our party had different seafood taco, a win for everyone around the table.
Seamores has the right combination of friendly staff, unfussy decor, and good food.
The menu is simple but delicious. I especially love the fish tacos.
I was super disappointed with my experience - I am a fan of the establishment, location, cuisine, but found that service was devastatingly underwhelming. We waited forever for our server, oysters weren't cleared before entrees, etc. Would love to come back on a night when service feels more cohesive.
I felt terrible for the wait staff, they were completely understaffed. The location was great and the selection too, but there was 3 people working on Monday evening and it was extremely busy so we had to wait a long time to get our drinks and our dinner.
Food was exactly what we were looking for. Waitress was great. Experience with the hostess was pretty unfortunate. She wouldn’t check us in or seat us. We had to be asked to be seated 3 times (even with a reservation).
My boyfriend and I took our parents to Seamore's for their first meeting and it was a hit. The food was delicious and the waitress was extremely helpful and attentive. It did get a little loud as the night went on (we had 6:30pm reservations on Friday), which made it difficult to hear the conversation at times, but it was never unbearable.
Absolutely delicious brunch-, table of Four all ordered something different and all equally raved about the food.
Service was incredible and we had the best table!! Great afternoon!
I don't typically leave reviews, but I was left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth from the experience. For starters, our reservation wasn't found in the system. The hostess was kind enough to seat us outside, but we sat there with no waiter in sight for about 20 minutes. We left and found a great Italian spot. I was reluctant to give the food 0 stars because we didn't get to try it. The ambiance is probably good for a larger group that is already pretty drunk. I wouldn't call it a date spot (Atleast not at 9pm on a Friday).
Great food. Great service.
Good food. Got the guac to start and the kale and avocado salad which was super good! Service was okay. Had to constantly remind them to bring water. Extremely loud. Blasting music I felt like I had to scream at dinner when it’s not that kind of restaurant. And super loud group at the bar screaming with the bartender. If I had gone on a different day it probably would’ve been better but the ambiance didn’t match the vibes this restaurant is supposed to have.
Brunch with Neice and Nephew from UK
I've been coming here since it opened. Service is excellent and the room is fun and buzzy. However, this was the first time I noticed that the prices went up and the portions started to appear skimpy. The taste was lacking too. A shame really.
Excellent! Thank you!
We told your manager: best Clam Chowder I’ve ever had, excellent service
But get rid of the loud music— we normally don’t come to your place because it’s too noisy. Everyone shputs over the music
Great happy hour! Highly recommend
