Food, atmosphere and service all good.. fig old fashion was yummy
The noise level was unbearable. The technofunk music was so loud and unharmonious it was painful to listen to. The tables were so close together I could have eaten off my neighbor’s plate. We sat down, looked at each other and got up and left.
Sat outside - very good atmosphere on a warm night! Split the poke appetizer, shrimp tacos and salmon burger. All were good, salmon burger was great!!
Confession: I don’t eat/like seafood. Seamore’s has amazing seafood (my guests have all loved every meal ever consumed there) - and for me, it doesn’t smell one bit ‘fishy’. When a visitor wanted a great seafood place... found this neighborhood gem a few years ago and it’s always the first place that comes to mind. The menu is seasonal, many healthy and interesting options. Great place for Whole30 (or GF or just picky!) eaters. Dishes are very filling. Staff has always been nothing but welcoming, kind and pleasant. It’s got a great ‘local’ feel which is a treasure in this city. One issue is smokers on the sidewalk/they have amazing open windows and it’s a great place to be in good weather - but if smoke bothers you, it’s been an issue as it’s on a busier corner in NoLita. There are many seats not near windows also! If you have a handicapped patron - this is a rare logistical find for NYC in that the bathroom is on the same floor as the dining room and there is space for walker, etc. Love this place (Brookfield location is also stellar, just more crowded and manic, ‘family-friendly’ - which is great at times, but not for business/catchup dinners). Highly recommend the NoLita location.
fast paced energetic restaurant where they let you enjoy your stay as long as you would like....excellent creative menu...superb service...cant wait to go back
Myles the server is the nicest person ever. Love him and love seamores
The food was amazing! The fish tacos were to die for!
I loved the atmosphere! The food was fabulous and the servers were extremely attentive.
Love the food here. Found it hard to choose from the menu as it all looked so good. The seared Tuna was fantastic and the ‘Reel Deal’ options are a great addition - the cauliflower mash especially good. The prices are high but the buzzing location on the corner in Nolita, low lights and friendly service make it all worth it. Can’t wait to go back.
Cute place in Nolita! Great service and food!
Love the food, super aesthetic, chill vibes!
Good fish and lobster; nice crispy cauliflower
Made reservations for my friend’s birthday. Upon arriving, we were told our reservation wasn’t made for the correct location (even after checking the confirmation email, which, clearly stated the right address). We were sat at a communal table even if we had reservations, whatever—fine.
Our waiter made our lunch feel rushed like he just wanted us to leave, the restaurant was empty. As we left, no one even said thank you back as we thanked the hostess and waiter standing at the door.
Food was okay, nothing special.
I am fans of Seamore's and my friend celebrate my birthday there. But, this time was totally disappointed us. The music was so loud we cannot even talk. We just spend 45 minutes then go. And need to find another restaurant.
We got 15% off for dog restaurant week. Ordered haddock. It was delicious. Gave my dog a bowl of water
A lovely experience at Seamore's in Nolita with my sisters and children for Saturday afternoon lunch. The enormous 1900s windows were wide open bringing in the most beautiful weather. The staff was so accomodating allowing an add-on person and a change in the drink. Timothy was especially courteous and his suggestions were spot-on! Crab dip and fish and chips were scrumptious!
Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, great service
My lobster roll was literally on a hot dog bun. Not worth the price.
Lack of communication/coordination in the staff meant our table got no attention. No drink refills, no "how is everything?" took forever for them to bring the bill when we finally waved them down. The bill we finally got included an entree from the group that sat at the table before us that the staff failed to void. Great food but lousy experience net net.
Love the music, atmosphere and service. Music really set the mood. Plenty of sunlight to brighten up my date with my husband.
Some of the worst seafood I’ve had in manhattan. Would be better off at a bar.
Was the perfect dinner on a saturday! Fresh, light and fast!!
The Salmon burger, & Kale Caesar were delish & recommend Outdoor seating if you want a quieter meal!
Specifics to orders were not regarded. Portions were small.
Food is always great here. I recommend the lobster benedict! Great service every time I"m there. Very accommodating. I go at noon for Sunday brunch and it is usually not too busy.
I really like Seamores, the atmosphere is great, the service is wonderful. But being that we came here for a brunch, the food is the most important element. But unfortunately they do not live up to expectation. The lobster benefit is just a few pieces of dry lobster on a bun with two eggs. The steak and eggs feels like I could've make it myself. Nothing special. Same for avocado toast, very little avocado and it just top with two poach eggs. All in all, I like the place and the service but I wouldn't come back because of the food.
Great spot, good food... something to hang out with friends having dinner along with drinks and listening to vibes.
Great food and ambiance! Just wish it would’ve been cooler inside as it was one of the hottest days.
Not impressed by the food or ambiance. I paid $40 for 1 glass of wine and a bib salad with 1 piece of fish. Chose this casual place because I thought I'd get good food at a decent price, but it's an overpriced salad that didn't taste that great and had no sustenance in it... Fish shouldn't be cheap, but a simple green salad entree shouldn't cost close to $25... Would opt for a nicer spot next time and pay the extra $5 for an entree to get a much better meal. Can't see how they will make it- don't get any thing special there. No character or soul in that restaurant like you'd find at a via carota.
This lively soho spot has a great relaxed vibe and top quality eats. Definitely worth a visit.
I would definitely recommend Seamore's Nolita to a friend. Esp if your going for brunch on a date or with a group of friends. Lots of yummy options. One thing is, I wish they didn't go as heavy on the salt. Noticed the tuna poke was a little too salty. Our waiter was great and attentive. Brunch was a little pricey but maybe thats because we ordered a little too much for the table ;-)
Everything about Seamore's Nolita was outstanding. The service was friendly and very attentive and the food was delicious. My group spent 4 hours there and they never rushed us at all. It is truly a great place!
The tacos were very good! We got the seared fish and the crispy fish tacos! Would have loved for a bit more food if sides! We sat outside to enjoy people watching! The churro ice cream sandwich was amazing!
Inside is quite noisy. Ate outside in a busy sidewalk
Fish is fresh. Preparation is simple.
A 20% gratuity is added automatically, which is annoying.
They have a great happy hour! Will definitely go again.
Delicious seafood. Shrimp tacos amazing and we loved the happy hour. Nice surprise!
They sat us in a community table where the other table didn't want to move over to make room for another guest!
Food was fabulous. Service was confusing-unsure who our server was. 3 different people brought us things and didn’t seem aware of what each other was doing
Been anxious to try seamores since it opened but was disappointed at just about every opportunity. Having read so much about it felt that I understood the mission more than the servers or manager. Perhaps my expectations were out of line but I found the hospitality, food quality and ambience less than what I’d hoped for.
The food was delicious at this cute Nolita corner seafood restaurant, but considering that the restaurant was half empty we were shocked that the staff was as overwhelmed as they were.
