A terrific spot to enjoy freshly prepared fish, if you're wandering about DUMBO. Just 1 block from St. Ann's Warehouse, too, Seamore's is a fine place to enjoy a good meal before an evening of theater. Very spacious; convivial. Attentive, friendly service. I'd rate it as family-friendly, too; though for older kids, 10+. Not for toddlers, since it's definitely an adult space. Glad I tried it!
A very nice place, around the corner from St. Anne’s Warehouse.
We had small plates which were all excellent.
Most notably the General Tso’s Cauliflower.
In regards to my Sound Level rating, that night they had a High School group in, so the level was high but it wasn’t too high.
We look forward to going back.
Date night with the girlfriend after Valentine’s Day. Quiet at the restaurant. Food was good but a bit pricy for what we had. Waitress was nice and my dessert (Churro sandwich) was awesome.
Nothing remarkable and good was not as good as I thought. My lobster Mac and cheese was nothing like a photo on their instagram. Very disappointing.
Nice neighborhood nice ambiance. Had several appetizers which were all delicious and if you are salt conscious this is your place. My friends asked for salt and pepper shakers. We all had different dishes but the winner was the curry scallops with cauliflower pasta.
It's a cute place with lots of seating. I imagine this is a pretty hot spot over the weekend as it is right in the Brooklyn Bridge park area. Hip but simple decor with an attentive wait staff. I ordered the General Tso's cauliflower, which is excellent and flavorful. For a main I got the The Reel Deal, which is their fish of the day and is served with Quinoa Salad, Cauliflower Mash, and Braised Greens + Mushrooms. Though it needed a little extra salt, which I added, it was a filling and tasty dish. Not to mention very healthy. All in all it's a cool little spot. Prices are very reasonable and the seafood is very fresh. Good for a date night.
Fresh fish served in tasty ways. Great salad and new England clam xhowdee
The food was fresh and tasty. Seamore's is conveniently located a block from St. Ann's Warehouse so it's a good place to eat pre-theater. A bit pricey, but less so than other restaurants in the area.
Great weekday lunch spot for business lunch. Not too crowded. Food was delicious.
Service fine, ambience good, but for a fish restaurant, the haddock was a small piece of dried out overcooked fish and extremely salty.....not worth it
My wife and Reserved a table for 10. –ourselves and 8 friends. The table was ready right away, was well appointed in the rear of the restaurant, staff very accommodating and food good. Our guests were pleased overall as were we.
Nice food, good service
Great tacos, maybe a bit two spicy. But great American menu! We were visiting from London.
It was a bit of a weird experience. The food was ok. The crab dip is actually more of a liquid quest, no chunks of crab at all. It was like hot, smoothie texture.
The fish was nice, I had a seared haddock with Brussels sprouts. No complaints.
The ambiance was utterly strange. The music was straight from 2003 and it felt like a seaside chain restaurant during the off season.
One of the 3 dishes we ordered (fried fish) was cold. The person eating it did not let the rest of us know until after the meal. Cold fried fish - yuck.
Great place to take clients for lunch as well as friends!
Delicious food, great area. A little less charming than the other locations but a great spot for dinner with friends!
Food was good. Slightly overpriced.
Excellent entree; poor srarters
The food was fresh and well prepared. It was not a busy night by any means and the service was very good. Pricey, but not unreasonably so. Loved the menu and would go back to try the other offerings.
Mistakes happen in restaurants and in this case the wait staff told me that forgotten items would be removed from the bill... however when the kitchen then deliberately sabotages the replacement items you have to then ask a question
We were looking for a moderately priced place to go to dinner. The food was well prepared. The General Tso cauliflower appetizer could have had a bit more heat for my palate but was fine for the rest of the table. The salmon burgers was just OK but the hamburger special with a fried oyster and blue cheese was delicious. There was one waitress on duty and they could have used 2. She was very attentive early on but the crowd came in later and she seemed to be spread thin. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the food was good. I would certainly expand their craft beer choices a bit but was adequate.
They need to re-evaluate their playlist. A little too clubby. Otherwise, their food is great and consistent.
Too much competition for similar food across the street - must be tough trying to get business. My fish and chips were nothing special. Lots of breading. No one in the restaurant on a Friday for lunch. Service was OK.
More noise is not possible
Great food and service!! Even on the night of the Macy's fireworks show.
4th of July. Staff was amazing. Very nice and made us feel special. Didn’t rush us out to turn over table on a very busy night
The food was awesome I can’t wait to come back. The service was very quick and attentive. The atmosphere is very hip and fun. And the bathrooms are clean.
Perhaps the finest customer service I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Reminds me of the old days when restaurant staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Kudos to whomever hires the fine people that staff this restaurant.
With that being said, it’s an added bonus that the food was excellent.
It was Father’s Day celebration & the ambiance was great.
I enjoyed Sunday lunch, the servicer was very nice and the food was great
Great place - service wasn’t so good.
We were seated right away and the food came quickly.
Restaurant smells too fishy
Great atmosphere. Interior is well done and fits the theme. I thought the food was good, my wife thought it was very good. I recommend it for an enjoyable place for good food.
Loved finding this gem in Dumbo. Great food, cute place and loved the candle burning in the bathroom
Welcome to Brooklyn. We approve!
