Seamore's - Chelsea
Attentive, friendly servers.
Can't wait to get back.
It’s void time - it’s nice to be out and have a decent experience at
We were not socially distanced at all. Practically had us sitting on top of each other and in the middle of the sidewalk.
After waiting over 20 mins for a waiter, we left. We engaged with the manger twice to at least get menus, and were totally ignored. Finally, an extremely rude waiter finally came to over to us and gave us a major attitude about helping us. Too bad, as I love the food at seamores-but the staff was so rude and atrocious, will never go back
Great food, amazing staff, nice music
Delicious Lobster Benedict, fish tacos could have had a better presentation, great fruit bowl. Waiter great, very nice tent set up for these outdoor dining days.
The food is always fresh and flavors are great. I have never had bad service here! I recommend for a nice happy hour or dinner date.
First time dining with colleagues after work, food was pretty good a bit pricey but good. Server Danielle not the best she didn’t introduce herself until I asked due to a switch off. She seemed to have an attitude. With our previous server I mentioned I wanted a lobster Mac to go but not to start it until I close to when we were leaving, which came out before even requested. It also seemed as though we were being rushed we did not request our bill yet she came over with it instead of asking if we were ready. She spoke to her manager who looked at us while she told him that we were not pleased yet he did not come over, I actually had to signal for him to come over and talk with us. The Lobster mac was god however rather than just putting on top they should bake some inside and add a little more seasoning. While I am all about second chances I don’t know that I will revisit at this point in time. Mainly due to the service of our server who continued to talk about us to her fellow servers which is just tacky
Food amazing, staff very hit and miss!
Seamore's is delicious. Try their dish that has all of the veggies, plus cauliflower mash, topped with fish of the day. Yummy, filling and healthy. Perfect for summer.
Everything was great, really fresh fish and all dishes were well prepared. New favorite!
The overall experience was great, especially under the circumstances. The drinks were well made and the service was excellent. Will be making this a regular dining spot for the near future.
Fantastic Outdoor dining experience
The service was extremely slow but the food is consistently good and we love it!
Had a nice lunch on th patio, friendly service, delicouse lobster roll and drinks where well mad.
Glad to have Seamore's back, and the service from Thomas was great as always. Safety protocols were clear and well adhered to, making it a totally comfortable experience.
Thanks to overhead scaffolding, we were able to get a Covid-19 lunch on a possible-rain day. Food at Seamore's is always very good, and the special lobster roll on the mini menu was excellent, as were the accompanying fries (option, green salad). Eating near the street is not ideal, but it was good to get out of the house after months of lockdown, and the opportunity to catch up with a neighbor was wonderful. So thanks, Seamore's, for being available for us; hope to see you soon under better conditions.
One note: the Open Table reservation on the restaurant's website did not allow me to select to earn 100 points for dining there: a missed opportunity for me.
A perfectly socially distanced evening! Food was great
First outdoor dining experience during the pandemic! Table spacing was perfect and the service was fantastic! Really charming outdoor set up.
Great atmosphere and food but portions were surprisingly small for the $$$ price
Love everything anout Seamore and so glad i finslly discovered it...have been more than once snd will return.convenient to Joyce Theatre snd Atlantic Theatre. Food and drinks are great, staff very helpful and friendly, price range excellent...ambiance smart casual and comfortable...it is a winner on all counts!!!
I have already recommended it, and have suggested it as a place to dine with friends. I have dined there four times in the last six months. And I really appreciate their policy of sustainable sea food.
A 10.....food, service, value.....a 10
good basic seafood. nice atmosphere good prices good neighborhood place
The server was a delight and dinner and drinks were served in a timely manner even though the restaurant was quite full. Perfect meal before enjoying a performance at The Joyce.
Excellent oysters. The burrito bowl with blackened shrimp was delicious and we highly recommend it. Service was great and not overbearing, but there when we needed it.
Had a great experience with service and ambience, but my friend and I both had scallops and felt ill the next day. Called to let management know, assuming they had maybe a bad batch or an off day in the kitchen, and was met with “oh nobody else was sick but thanks for letting us know.” A little disappointing on that end. Great service staff on Saturday night but lackluster management response on Monday afternoon.
The food was great and the service was amazing. I will definitely return.
Outstanding service and the food was fantastic. Cool little place with a great vibe. I had the cauliflower pasta with scallops which was outstanding! The entire party loved their meals and cocktails. Definitely will return.
redfish too salty!
wooden tables uncomfortably high.
music nice but a little to loud.
Lovely place and service. Food quality good, fish curry entree portion was disappointing compared to price and other plates.
Wonderful food, extremely attentive service, lively atmosphere.
Food is always delicious and tasty.... and our waitress always super friendly. I will definitely return whenever I have a ticket for a performance at the Joyce Theater next door
Friendly staff food was delicious
I would definitely go back
We thought the flavors were good but the portions were on the small side.
Absolutely am enamored with their New England Clam chowder it really is outstanding. Will keep coming back.
Great food, friendly staff. Make a reservation—gets crowded
Another wonderful experience at Chelsea Seamore’s. Our table was ready, even though it was a busy Friday night. We were warmly welcomed by Bill, who always makes us feel that he is glad to see us. His well-chosen music and lovely flowers contribute to the homey ambiance. Bobby’s cocktails were excellent, as always. His spicy virgin margarita was perfect. Chef Delilah came to our table bearing delicious spicy cauliflower, and her scallops were perfectly prepared. My fish cakes were distinctively seasoned and crispy. The server was new, but she seemed like a seasoned pro; service was cheerful, attentive, but not intrusive. Can’t wait to come back!
Service staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. We were sat and never welcomed, just handed a menu and asked what we want to drink. Not the best start...
We then had to move tables due to diners at the table next to us playing music loudly from their phones. The staff didn’t seem to mind them doing that so we told them we need another table. They continued to let them play the music from their phone. We could still hear it, but at least it wasn’t right beside us. No apology from the staff or management.
Food was good, but definitely not the best lobster roll I’ve ever had...it was on a simple hot dog bun.
Good broad fish menu. Some very interesting combinations that you can do. Very good appetizers.
