   Last time we went here (about a year ago), we thought the food had gone downhill a little. Not this time. The filet and the strip were EXCEPTIONAL. Service was impeccable. Not cheap (and I think the prices have gone up again), but worth it every now and then if you can do it. Will always eat here every time we are in the area.

   Great seafood and steaks! Very close to our condo. Love the fact that they take reservations. Wait staff was prompt and very attentive, love the attention to small details! Highly recommend!

   Our dinner for four people took nearly three hours. Your restaurant was less than 50% occupied. I guess you are experiencing staffing issues.

   Selected to celebrate 40th anniversary. A FIVE member team, supposedly, to keep food and drinks served. Head waiter clearly didn't approve our order. 1st course was brought in a timely fashion. Waited THIRTY minutes between 1 and 2nd course and it wasn't correct. Had to request rest of order. With entrees in the $50-60 price range, disappointed. The surf and turf "special" was over $100. The service was so bad, we didn't order dessert. We simply wanted to leave. And we would have if the food and service had been better. Will never go back.

   The staff made my wife and I feel like royalty for our anniversary. They put us in a private room and ensured our glasses were never empty. The whole time in the back of my mind I’m thinking the bill is going to be over $600 dollars for the quality, service, and especially the room. My wife and I spared no expense and spent a mere $200 for what we will recall the best dining experience either of us have ever had. Highly recommend!

   We made a special trip to celebrate a birthday while in town for the weekend. The med-rare bone in rib-eye came out cold, under cooked. The mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were good but unimpressive. The grouper was a disappointing dish all around. Then the chocolate tort, sadly lacking luster and a disappointment for the long wait! This experience fell below our expectations and didn’t match the reviews. If it wasn’t for the exceptional company, the entire experience would have been a total loss, well except for the bread and service.

    Skip this place. Overpriced; service wasn’t great and food was even worse. Waited over an hour for food to arrive and the restaurant was basically empty. Bread - baked “in-house” was hard and tasteless. Lobster Bisque - also tasteless. Steaks were overpriced; bone-in filet ($94) was full of gristle and hard to cut. The one positive was the truffle fries, which were great and large enough to share. 10/10 do not recommend.

    We were definitely NOT blown away. They served the fillet on a room temperature plate. A high end steak house would have served it on an extremely hot plate. The quality of the food was above average and the service was top notch.

    Hands down best meal I’ve ever had. French onion soup appetizer was amazing, and the Chateaubriand for 2 was the best I’ve ever had. Service was as good as it gets. Overall 10/10 experience to celebrate our first anniversary

    Seagars is very overpriced. I told the restaurant on my reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and what we arrived at the restaurant as well. They did nothing to celebrate her at all and forgot about it completely. When I reminded them they said oh would you like anything else. Very poor customer service and did not make us feel special at all. Flemings is 30-40% less and their staff is incredible. The value at Flemings out weighs Seagars incredibly.

    Another outstanding dinning experience from one of the elite restaurants in the Destin area; from the lobster bisque and crab cake appetizers, to our cocktails, to the scallops and my bone in filet, all were excellent, and we shared a chocolate souffle that was also excellent. Seagar's is always on the dinning list when we come to the area. Sanji the new GM came to our table and spoke with us for several minutes and really made us feel welcomed, well done Sir and thank you!

    We have been dining at Seagars for almost 20 years. It is outstanding every time. The atmosphere, the service and the food are all the very best. Never a disappointing moment. The Dover Sole is luxurious and the Peaches Foster is a must! The only thing it’s missing is a straw! Thank you Scott and Seagars for an evening worth coming to Destin for!!

    Exceptional dinner and experience. Servers treat you like royally and the food absolutely amazing. My husband and I had the filets which were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The corn was my favorite vegetable. From the bread, wine, Caesar salad made for two, steaks to banana foster dessert were incredible. Seagars is the best in every way, love the atmosphere!     Consistently one of the best steaks you will get anywhere. Just the right amount of char on a bone in rib-eye for texture but you don’t task the char. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Don’t miss out on ordering the soufflé before your meal gets going.

    Excellent service! The best food …… we had steak Diane, Caesar’s salad for 2. Truffle fries were great. We were able to have a wine room and celebrate my Birthday. I felt very special. If you’re in the area don’t miss dinning here.

    This place is fine dining with a dress code. You have at least 3 waiters attending to your table. The food is fantastic and worth every penny. It is on the pricey side but very good

    This was our first time visiting an upscale steak house. It was a great experience, the staff was outstanding. We did not have to wait on anything. The gentleman assisting us was fantastic. He took great care of us. I ordered the Waygu, and it was the best steak I have ever had. I highly recommend Seagers if you are close to Destin.

    Enjoy your special night at Seagars fabulous restaurant....the decor, ambience, excellent service and most of all delicious food. Twin lobster tails lightly battered were big and juicy, husbands steak of the evening, generous filet with mushrooms and truffle shavings, our soup starters, French onion and chowder were perfectly flavored. Sides of spinach and twice baked huge potatoe, needless to say we brought a lot home..including cheesecake! Nice pour cocktails, well you get it fabulous! This is fine dining, you are going to spend some money but a worthy, special evening.
