    Seafood R’evolution features three, beautifully appointed private dining rooms including the Nikola Skrmeta Oyster Room, Boiling Room and Chef’s Office. All spaces are equipped with audio capabilities and large screen video monitors for meeting and lecture formats or to watch football games. Piped music is optional.The Nikola Skrmeta Oyster Room, seats approximately 40 guests. This room is beautifully appointed with antique and collectable oyster plates. By opening the sliding pocket doors to the Chef’s Office, an additional ten guests can be accommodated in the private dining area.The Boiling Room seats approximately 30 guests. The windowed room offers outdoor ambience for casual, boiled or steamed seafood events, but with a splash of white tablecloths the room is transformed into dining elegance.Lastly, The Chef’s Office eats ten guests comfortably with a unique view into the 4,000-bottle wine cellar through the glass wall.
