My wife, son and I went to Seaboy for Father's Day. It was a very lively atmosphere with wonderful seafood. We started with grilled sea bass cheeks and six grilled oysters with three different kinds of seasoning all of which were great. My wife had the whole grilled branzino, I had the swordfish with bokchoy and my son had the large sea scallops with shrimp risotto. All dishes were great; the swordfish was particularly flavorful and the scallops quite large but melted in your mouth. My only suggestion would be that Seaboy offer one or two side dishes as the Branzino did not come with any potato or vegetable. The service is top notch. The restaurant is a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.

Love it. Last night we had the creole oysters, branzino and crispy potato salad. Amazing dinner on the front porch. We enjoyed a lovely wine suggested by Megan. Chef Jonny has created a wonderful environment with great staff and an amazing product. We have had dinner here 3 times and will be back soon!

Delicious food, great service ,friendly staff ! We really enjoyed sitting at the counter and watching the chef prepare meals. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.

Seaboy Restaurant in Cornelius is so deserving of its 5 Star rating! Every dish we tried, and we tried many, was full of flavor and so delicious. The servers are very attentive and knowledgeable. Peter was exceptional!! A fantastic culinary experience!

This was our third visit to Seaboy, and this time we were seated at the counter overlooking the small but busy kitchen. What a treat! Chef Jonny and the gang are doing a great job preparing lovely seafood dishes. We enjoyed the Skate Cheek & Scallop Toast starters as well as the Jumbo Flounder and the Scallops with Rock Shrimp Risotto. So good! Our new favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area!
