You'll find our distillery bar tucked in to Noosa's industrial estate at 9 Rene Street, Noosaville.

Our distillery bar is open Friday (4-8pm), and Saturday & Sunday (12-8pm), where we serve bespoke cocktails using our award-winning spirits, local seasonal produce and native Australian botanicals; accompanied by a small selection of snacks.

Expect knowledgeable yet unpretentious service in a light and airy space while you sip on craft gin distilled right here at our distillery.

An experience not to be missed… book a tour to learn, smell, and taste your way through Seabourne Distillery. Our team will guide you through the lab, the distillery, and the bar; talking all things gin, distillation, native ingredients, and Noosa. Tours are $60 per person, and include: - A welcome drink - A tasting flight (3 of our award-winning gins with mixers) - A shared cheese plate - A $10 gin shop voucher to be used on the day for take-home bottles or merchandise. Tours are approximately one hour in length. We currently run public tours (up to 15 guests) at Midday every Saturday and Sunday. For group & corporate tours (10+ person), please email bar@seabournedistillery.com.au for availability.

We enjoyed our return visit. Having great fun but vey loud was a group of very happy young ladies, made talking at our table a bit difficult that it is Christmas time for you. Would really like opening hours during the week. Even if only 1 extra day for retirees. Thank you again Hayden

Highly recommend visiting Seabourne Distillery. The tour was well worth it and staying to eat and drink was even better. The staff are so lovely and the food was on point and the cocktails are to die for! Will definitely be visiting again and so happy to find somewhere close to buy good gin from. Highly recommend.

We were fortunate to have chosen a quiet time to book in for our Gin experience. We were very impressed with the attention we received and couldn't have asked for better service. We tried several gins and we're given great explanations of each one. They were delicious. The Burrata was so nicely presented and delicious, as was the bruschetta. I'd highly recommend supporting this new business as their gin has already won many awards and they are going places. We bought a couple of bottles for the cocktail cabinet too.

Had an amazing afternoon spent with girlfriend on a Noosa weekend getaway. The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable about gin and their products. We were all impressed with the variety and quality of everything we tried. We’ll definitely will be back.

We were a group of 7 with 3 of us back for the second visit to Seabourne. Everyone commented on how wonderful the service was and the delicious vegetarian nibbles we had with our drinks. That mushroom pâté was amazing! The cocktails and gin flytes were fantastic. Generous serves of gin in the flytes. The Sunset Bitter is our go to summer drink. We make a point of coming here on our holidays every year. Seabourne you did not disappoint!

Staff were very friendly and happy to spend time chatting to you. They make some great tasting gin and their food was delicious. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Came across this place just when they opened. Fantastic experience, even for people who may not generally drink Gin. These guys know their products very well and that helps make the experience next level.
