We dined at Seabird and it exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely amazing and chef Dean came out to discuss how to accommodate our dietary restrictions. He made us an extraordinary schnitzel! The tuna starter was delicious as well as the brownie with banana ice cream for dessert and don’t forget about the cocktails . Can’t wait to go back and see what’s in store next.

Such a great place to enjoy beautiful curated modern American food. The interior design is really nice and all the stuffs are super friendly. We’ll definitely be back

Our reservation was at 7:45, we didn't get seated until 8:10 and we didn't get our first course of 8 oysters until 8:52. The restaurant was only half occupied so I don't know what the problem was. We had 2 more small plates to come which didn't arrive until almost 9:30. It was a ridiculous and excruciating experience.. We will never go back as there are too many other very good restaurants with better service. The food was good but having 4 small plates, not even entrees, should not take over 2 hours. I did talk to the manager because it is very poor front of house management to have to wait that long to be seated when there's are lots of empty tables and I don't even know what was going on in that kitchen.

Great atmosphere. Clean and modern. For drinks we had Rose and Tequila Paloma. Cornbread to start with drizzle of syrup and sea salt. Half dozen fresh oysters - 2 of each kind. House made hot sauce. Caesar salad with bacon in it. Yup! Cioppino was unreal. Swordfish Schnittzle was tasty. Ended with Brownie and banana ice cream. Fantastic!

Erin was an outstanding server. The only disappointment was that she couldn’t join us for dinner! Food was exceptional. Seafood tower and tuna bolognese were both excellent. Love this place and cannot wait to come back.

My wife and I have dined at Seabird's several times over the past two years and find this to be one of the best local restaurants in Wilmington. Quality of food is by far the best.
