Excellent in all ways. Our server, Ziz, was outstanding. We love Seabird! Gave it 4 stars for value because it is pricey and portions are not generous. Also, wine pours are light. Order the bottle instead of by the glass.

It’s was an impromptu brunch and the number of guests increased at the last minute. We called and Seabird happily accommodated us. Everything was great from the food to the service. Everything was impeccable

Absolutely wonderful evening at Seabird in Wilmington….the atmosphere, our waiter Brian, meeting & chatting with the owner/chef Dean Neff and most importantly the food. My husband & I really enjoyed the Oyster Rockefeller as an appetizer. He then had the Eastern Cioppino & I had the Cavatelli Fra diavolo …both dishes were delicious. We then had yummy desserts & coffee.

Seabird is fast becoming our favourite restaurant in Wilmington. The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. My husband requires a low sodium meal and the chef always makes a great meal for him. Best brunch in town.

Dined for the first time at Seabird for brunch on a Saturday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fried tilefish sandwich with fries was excellent! Definitely recommend you make a reservation on Open Table as it was very busy. Wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, and the entire experience was very enjoyable. Will definitely be back, can’t wait to try dinner.

We really enjoyed sharing this experience with my parents, who were visiting from out of town. The food, as always, was amazing, and the wine selection was perfect. However, I wasn't entirely thrilled with our table setup. We were seated at one of the tables in the private dining room, where the banquette is an L-shape around the edge of the table. Instead of pulling up two chairs, they had all of us seated around the L, which made it hard for my husband and father to speak, as they were seated on the outside. We could see that chairs could be pulled up, but we could see it was a narrow space, and we were unsure if the staff intentionally did not pull up chairs, as it would be difficult for servers to pass by.
