Delightful ! Our waitress was polite, appropriate and very helpful. The food was just what we needed. No detail was overlooked. Loved the fresh baked saltine crackers with the oysters. The pear salad was fresh and flavorful. The ribs just as our waitress described sweet savory with a little kick we split the cheesecake dessert wow, just enough to give me that sweet touch at the end of that amazing meal. TY

We visited Seabird last night with two colleagues from out of town. Catch has been our favorite restaurant for many years, and it’s awesome to know we have another favorite! They pay attention to all the details that are important to ensure you have an incredible and memorable experience. From the cool decor and vibe, to the warm muffins, to the amazing staff! This is our 5th visit and every time we walk away beyond impressed. I was proud to show off our downtown and the Seabird experience you’ve brought to us all. Thank you all!

First time to Seabird. The food was wonderful as was the service. I had the Swordfish Schnitzel and my husband the soft shell crab. We would order both again! The oysters were great as well! We will be back.

Menu varies slightly with regularity. Consistently fine and unique compositions. The fare is always fresh. Choices for libations to suit all tastes. Our server, Colby, was excellent- attentive and helpful without being intrusive. After multiple visits, I have found that Seabird never fails to satisfy. This restaurant is reason enough to visit Wilmington.

Our first time and we were extremely pleased with everything! Colby was our server and she was outstanding. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and everyone made our evening memorable. A wonderful place for a special occasion but also a great place for a nice relaxing meal anytime.

Delicious! We had an night at Seabird with friends! The food is delicious, the wine was spectacular, and the service was incredible. We had oysters, vegan plate, pork ribs, and steak. Everything was perfect and we would absolutely order it again!

First time at Seabird and so glad we tried it. Started with the seafood tower which I highly recommend! Some very interesting spreads and fresh fish. Not typical which we enjoyed. The deep fried saltines were amazing. We all had different dishes and each were equally good. Our server Robbin P was great. Super friendly and efficient. A great restaurant to try if you’re in downtown.

When dining in Wilmington, make sure to make a stop by Seabird! I wish I had photographs of the food that almost (almost) too beautiful to eat. A lot of their menu is seasonal. The freshness of the summer peaches with the habanero short ribs was a great blend of sweet and spicy. My husband ordered the cioppino for his entrée. The seafood was cooked beautifully (hello, perfect scallops!), but the star of the dish was the broth that had to be sopped up with the freshly baked bread. My softshell crab agnolotti was understated in its appearance, with the flavors of the dish saying it all from the first (to the last) bite. However, what truly makes Seabird wonderful is their service. Each course had fresh silverware and never was any glass less than half full. Yet, staff was not overbearing. I was most appreciative of how understanding they were about my being late for my reservation because of a personal matter. While some restaurants would have instantly given away the table, they called and were kind as we walked into the restaurant. Many thanks to a wonderful staff!
