The local ingredients and culinary creativity you've come to expect from our kitchen team will be on full display. Best of all, you'll have the opportunity to join Colby's wine club - the Wine Birdies - and to keep the fun rolling all summer long! The dinner will be at 6 pm.

Seabird was an incredible experience! The food was fantastic, and the service exceeded our expectations. Ziz, our hostess, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I was dining with two girlfriends and myself. I opted for a mimosa, while they chose sprite. As an appetizer, we indulged in the Seafood Tower. The presentation was visually appealing, and it contained a delightful assortment of dishes. There were pickled NC shrimp, oysters, deviled eggs with smoked trout roe, harissa smoked tuna, deviled catfish, local stone crab claws, NC crawfish, seasoned crackers, sambal cocktail, and aji mignonette. For our main courses, we decided to go with the SMOKED NC CATFISH + GRITS, SHRIMP TACOS & BRASSTOWN BEEF BURGER. 10/10! . It was a flavorful and satisfying dish that perfectly complemented the seafood tower.

Amazing service, ambiance and food. Consistently excellent every trip. The swordfish schnitzel is an absolutely perfect dish which they change subtly from time to time to keep it fresh but familiar.

Always a pleasure visiting Seabird!! What a great restaurant! The perfect place for a drink at the Bar/Lounge plus maybe a small bite to eat. The main dining room is always calling my name, with a great menu, many healthy choices, great service not to forget the best deal in town, weekend Brunch!

We had an exceptional Sunday brunch experience. The seafood tower was an awesome choice . Each item (raw and baked) was a unique food tasting. It was delicious and beautifully presented. We highly recommend you try it. The cinnamon breakfast cake was a nice way to start off the meal. We capped it off with two flavors of ice cream -- muscadine cheesecake and brownie caramel. Our waitress, Erin, is the perfect server. She is VERY knowledgable about the food selections and she was attentive to us throughout brunch. We will ask for her again when we return. Be sure to check out Seabird for a top knotch food experience. Thanks for a memorable dining treat.

Ziz was our server for brunch and was fantastic! A friend and I were having a mini reunion and Ziz did a wonderful job leaving us be and yet checking on us enough so we never need to find them. The French toast and crab crack Benny was wonderful, we also got a little bit of coffee cake that was really tasty. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend Seabird to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Our server, Sean, was wonderful. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable with regard to the menu and was super helpful in making appropriate selections. The food was excellent as always and made for an enjoyable evening!
