About this restaurant

Seabar is a modern sushi restaurant serving up the freshest rolls, ngiri and sashimi. The inside of the restaurant is bold and striking, looking almost like a club of some sort. The pulsating light emanating from behind the booths changes colors every few seconds, and the low profile lights mounted on the walls all give off a cool contemporary vibe. The menu at Seabar is all about freshness. This is evidenced in the fact that the sashimi menu isn't set, and is only what is freshly available that day. The sushi rolls guests can order go from the traditional, like the California roll, to some offerings that are unique to Seabar, like the Tiger-Eye with a duo of smoked and raw salmon, hamachi and tobiko all dipped in tempura. Seabar also has a full bar, but specializes in various sake drinks.
