   My husband and I ordered the sea bass and it was fantastic. The restaurant needs an upgrade/update. Service was OK. The restaurant wasn't busy (Sunday evening) so you would expect a higher degree of attention -but they never even refilled our water glasses. I would still go back because the food was delicious.

   Sea Pearl is a very attractive restaurant and I had eaten there many times. This was my first brunch and I will certainly return! The buffet was attractively arranged, and the food was excellent from bagels, cream cheese, and smoked salmon; pancakes and French toast; crisp bacon and pork sausage; eggs Benedict with either ham or smoked salmon; choose your own omelet; oysters on the half shell; sushi; etc., etc. Go and enjoy!

    Servers are in need of training. At the time we went the dining area was at the most half filled. Appetizer dishes left on the table as well as empty bread basket when the entrees arrived. Water glasses were never refilled, rushed us through each course, brought dessert and check together never asked if anyone wanted coffee. All entrees and appetizers were good, dessert- chocolate raspberry, one of my favorites was not worth, very heavy and somewhat dry. Not doing a holiday dinner there again.

    Valentines day with a prix fixe menu, what could go wrong.? We had such high hopes but were met with disappointment instead. The first course of lobster bisque was so cold that it was congealing in the bowl...then when I tasted it found that it was actually lobster and corn chowder full of fried onion straws...course two came out with Maine Lobster that was over cooked and rubbery..also cold and over seasoned with curry, and the freshly seared sea scallops were truely cold to the touch and just shy of medium...the serving plate was not even warm...all of it was sent back and returned mildly warm but edible. Dessert was a dry raspberry/chocolate cake which required a second glass of wine to get it down. We were sadly disappointed with Sea Pearl on such a special day...The only saving grace was the waitress otherwise we probably would have walked out.

    We went there for Valentine's day and two of the prix fixe 3-course offerings. The lobster bisque was excellent, as was the raw yellowtail appetizer (I forget their name for it). My wife had the filet and I had the halibut. Both were very good. We thought the broccolini could have been more tender, however, and the chocolate cake was a bit dry. Overall, it was a nice dinner.

    Love the variety. Soup was tasty, as always, but needed to be warmer. Sushi options were plentiful. Desserts were flavorful. Even the fruit, which sometimes is hit or miss, was ripe and refreshing. Staff is regularly friendly and ready to make brunch an enjoyable experience.

    The menu is innovative Asian -Fusions and the presentation and flavors are fabulous. Our server, Mason, was very helpful in describing each dish in exacting detail. He service was friendly and professional. It was our first time to this restaurant & we look forward to going back very soon.

    Unfortunately the entrees our family ordered were bland and tasteless. It seems the chef forgot to put salt in all our entrees. The best part of the meal were The fries.

    great atmosphere here, it was not too noisy, it was easy to have a conversation at the table and we really enjoyed the menu. there were many small plate options which is enjoyable. I will return soon.

    The sashimi in the sashimi salad was melt in your mouth wonderful. The mussels appetizer had a nice zip in the broth. The fisherman's stew had a full half of a lobster as well as shrimp, calamari and mussels. The lobster pot pay looked and tasted good.

    This is the best restaurant in Mosaic! We’ve been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed. Excellent choice of small and traditional plates. The seafood is always fresh and cooked well.

    I have been enjoying the Sea Pearl since it first opened and will continue to do so. Those in charge have created a destination that combines a lively bar scene with a comfortable dining experience, a difficult combo to find.

    My boyfriend and I love trying new restaurants for our date nights and since he recently moved to the area, we decided to give this place a shot. It was definitely worth it! The drinks were great and I really enjoyed the ramen options!

    My favorite in the brunch buffet are: kale salad, crispy Brussels sprouts , pork belly, sushi. Oyster, clam and crab cake But it would be nice if they change the other food every now snd thdn. improve the dessert. The churros were overcooked( hard and dry). The mini pastries are mostly cheesecakes. The chocolate fountain is nice but the marshmallows were already dry. Nice to have more variety other than marshmallow and a few fruits

    The sushi was the worse I’ve ever had. The rice was practically wall paper paste, the actual fish smelled bad. We ate about 20% of the meal and left. Never again

    Always a great experience, the food, service, ambiance. I had the chance to let the owner know that my boyfriend and I miss the fried oysters they had not long ago on their menu, one of the best we’ve had. We were very pleased with her response.

    We started with excellent and nuanced cocktails while we looked at the menu and made our choices. Knowing little about Sushi and seafood at this level, we had LOTS of questions for the waitress. She was wonderful answering each with as much detail as we needed. While we waited for our food (which didn't take long) we enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere. The restaurant is very pretty and quiet especially given the number of full tables. When the food arrived, it did not disappoint. It was excellent! Flavors were as expected given the descriptions. The HELL Signature Roll, had the right amount of heat in the jalapenos and habaneros to bring out the taste of the fish but not so much as to overwhelm. Each of the 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will definitely return, soon!

    Having dined at Sea Pearl many times, this wasn't the best of our experiences. My sushi was lackluster and the kids macaroni and cheese was really cheese soup with pasta. The service was okay until the waiter accidentally spilled ketchup all over my husband - jeans and sweater - and was very apologetic but could have offered some seltzer or something to help clean. I welcome seasonal and updated menus, but I didn't see anything really inspired. The table next to us got the lobster pot pie and it looked divine. If I go again, I will try that but the price tag made me think twice this time.
