I haven’t been here in a few years but I was craving oysters off the shell and this was the first place that came to mind and I was not disappointed, the rest of dinner was amazing too

Sea Level was ok. The service was awful. Two hours to get our food and it wasn’t even that crowded.

Hi Abby, I'm so sorry to hear your experience was anything less than perfect; that's certainly not what we aim for. I would love if you could email me directly with more details as to your service. We welcome even negative feedback so we can grow our staff properly, but in this case I was unable to get to the bottom of what missteps took place. Both our systems show you were seated at 5:59, your tab opened at 6:03, and your payment made at 7:00; I also spoke with your server, and she doesn't recall anything amiss. So in this scenario, more details would really help us figure out what happened, correct it, and of course whatever missteps took place, make up to you any way we can. Waited over an hour for our food but they complemented us w a free martini. Other than the wait it was good.

The sushi bar can get backed up a bit on busy summer weekends, but we're constantly striving to improve efficiency in that department. We are at Sea Level weekly. It is our favorite restaurant. The staff and food are amazing. We had 5 lobster rolls and sushi last night. Outstanding !!!!!

Bad table, sun in my eyes. Service was great, food was on. Bar tender was not able to make simple drinks

We sat out on the back patio and it was just fantastic! Started with a dozen oysters, then Mahi tacos and lobster rolls. Great meal, our server was awesome, and the view was amazing-thanks for a great July 4th celebration dinner.

Sea Level is always good. Service was good. Noise level was VERY Loud. Fun place in downtown Newburyport. Probably wouldn't be so noisy outside, but showers were predicted, so we sat inside. Good food for the price.

The food was not great, my salad was pretty bland, shrimp over cooked. I had to ask for salad dressing after the salad was brought out, took about 10 minutes.
