About Sea Grill at Las Ventanas
Located at the sand’s edge, with the stunning Sea of Cortez as your magnificent backdrop, Sea Grill features a variety of cuisines. Guests enjoy grilled fare, fresh ceviche and shellfish as well as traditional Mexican dishes. Waterfront tables offer comfortable seating to enjoy the sea’s breezes in this open air restaurant. For the ultimate grilled food, Sea Grill specializes in Cocina del Fuego. Dishes are cooked over fire on wood-burning grills and in a wood-burning brick and clay oven. This cuisine is fresh and simple, using two types of local woods to imbue the meat with different flavors, and adding little else besides fine olive oil and fresh herbs from the resort’s herb garden.

Sea Grill at Las Ventanas Ratings and Reviews
Unbelievable Ambience, food was fantastic and our server was very knowledgeable and spoke great English…. A little pricey, but we knew that… Website said route $50 a person, we spent $460 for four people… Two cocktails each, two appetizers, and three entrées… Things that rubbed me wrong the most, two people wanted water which they got… But they also decided to give it to the other two, and continue to refill throughout the meal without being asked… In the end, three bottles of water that was almost $50 when it was all said and done Including tax and tip… So enjoy your dining, but beware of the water…
Our dinner was truly one of the most elegant dining experiences; all due to the location, attentive service and exemplary meal. From our welcome to our exit, the environment and staff were available, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We plan to return every June while in Cabo.
So incredibly overpriced for what you get. Wine pours are barely 6 oz if that. My glass was not yet empty when the waitress asked if u wanted a refill. I hesitated because the first pour was so small. But I said yes assuming she would take note of the fact that there was still wine in the glass. She did not and poured the same small portion again. Food was ok. Nothing great. In total my husband and I had 2 glasses of wine, 1 cocktail, lobster pasta, red snapper and shared a Caesar salad. Total price including tip, $320.00 dollars. Cab ride there and back from Cabo $80.00. So disappointing!
Best service ever! From the greeter that led us back to the awesome beachfront table, to the wine steward and the server all made us feel that we were the most important patrons in the restaurant. Sent us home with a smile and a parting gift of sweet bread.
We enjoyed a fabulous evening dining at the Sea Grill. We were not staying at the resort, so this was a specific destination for us. We've been to Cabo a few times and have always wanted to try this restaurant. We were not disappointed. Four of us arrived early to have a cocktail and some ceviche at the upstairs bar, and that started our evening off to an amazing start. There are not enough compliments to describe our beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. Our waiter was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Afterwards, we were personally escorted through the gorgeous resort to the beachside grill. There were many diners along the way, all enjoying the outdoor bar and adjacent restaurant. The ambiance was just beautiful. Our first comment upon sitting was how comfortable the cushioned chairs were! Again, our wait staff were all very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our fish dinners, with beautiful presentations, but were all too full to try dessert. I would highly recommend.
A delightful setting overlooking the beach. But very pricey as one might anticipate at a Rosewood facility. With careful choices we managed to limit the damage to our wallets and got a decent meal with great service. The wine list is over the top. But again, the setting is beautiful.
Las Ventanas...the service was above and beyond perfect. Husband and I were staying at the Hilton Los Cabos and read about how great this hotel and its restaurants were. Yes, the place was so incredible to walk though and we so enjoyed the beachfront patio. We went for lunch as we wanted a more casual scene, it was great. I had fish tacos and I forget what my husband had, but both dishes were outstanding. Not to mention the margaritas were wonderful. Dont forget to make reservations, this resort is very private and not the type of place you can just walk off the beach...The resort, though most impressive, was just a bit too quiet and stuffy for us. Though, I wouldnt turn it down if I HAD to stay...Noise level didnt go above a whisper.
After eating at different higher class restaurants in Los Cabos area for 10 days this was the best one yet
Restaurant is part of ultra chic Las Ventanas al Paraiso resort on the tourist Corridor. Setting is beautiful location right on the beach with a view of the Sea of Cortez as well as the resort and pool. Service was impeccable as with most high-end resorts in Los Cabos. Elapsed time of lunch was almost 2 hours mostly due to selection of a pizza for an entrée made from scratch and cooked in wood oven. Note that the pizza is not a “personal size. It could easily serve a party of 3-4. Seafood salad with lobster, shrimp and octopus was amazing as a shared appetizer and giant shrimp entrée was cooked to perfection and well presented wi
