The people that work at the Inn are very warm and service oriented. The food is creative and excellent. The location is unique and fantastic

In town visiting Maine, nice spot for dinner! Next time I would go for brunch or lunch so I can see the view better as it was dark during dinner time

Not only was everything perfect, but my date was in the spa at the same address, and lost track of time. She was almost an hour late for our reservation. The waitstaff could not have been friendlier or more understanding. Absolutely stellar service. The food was delicious as well, the ambiance is lovely, and it is quiet enough to have a conversation at conversation level, unlike many other local high-end restaurants. Highly recommend it if you want terrific food, don't want to have to shout over the blowhard at the next table, and are looking for some of the best service in greater Portland.

We have spent 4 days at the Inn by the Sea and have enjoyed 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners at Sea Glass. Everything is right - service, food, staff. We highly recommend this place!

The location is stunning. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The dogs are lots of fun - great that so many are adopted. Friends of ours took one home. We mostly come for Sunday brunch in the winter. My wife loves the Eggs Benedict. We often meet our friends there as we did yesterday - by accident. Staff seamlessly relocated us so we could sit together. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which was not great - only time the food has ever disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised, after a disappointment at another place down in Ogunquit. The restaurant is comfortable and attractive, with a view over a field and out to the sea. It's in a big hotel, but it's not stuffy. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. The bartender was very knowledgeable and he had a nice selection of Maine-made products. We'll be back.
