There are only a few ways to make perfect better.. and we think Dry Aging is one of them as it adds even more tenderness and the distinct roasted, nutty flavor of a properly dry-aged steak

We only Dry Aged the best USDA Prime Steaks. Dry aging takes time, a keen eye for quality and a precise technique for the perfect ripening climate. We have it. A proper dry-age steak is expensive and usually found at only the best steakhouses.

Our USDA Prime Porterhouse is the best Angus beef has to offer. This means you will always get beef with moderate marbling, grade "A' maturity and it is sourced specifically from a couple specific farms in the MidWest. Our Porterhouses are Dry Aged for about 30 days

Tried this restaurant for the first time.
Basically it was a “good” dinner......but I can’t yet say “great.”
The place was full....took awhile to get appetizers and entrees.
It’s a small restaurant, and can get quite noisy.

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant for the first time as an early birthday dinner. The waiter was very attentive. I’m pregnant, so he ensured every aspect of the meal was safe for me to eat. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. We ordered the lobster tail (highly recommend), lobster Mac and cheese (one serving is good for a party of 2) and chose French fries and mashed potatoes as our sides. The music was fairly loud at a point, but not loud enough to where to couldn’t hold a conversation. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and will return!

I love going to Sea Flame Seafood restaurant. Their food is delicious, their waiters are awesome. Their prices are a little high but the food is great. I recently went with my son for Easter, it was a set menu at $75.00 per person which was not a problem however a bit pricey for chicken parmesan, brussel sprouts and salad. But I will be back :)

This was the best restaurant experience ive had in 2021. They were very accommodating and understanding. We had a very large party and they accommodated all 10 of us. Our waitress, Adela, was awesome!

Lovely dinner experience! The appetizers were excellent! The drinks were great and the porterhouse was marvelous!
Attentive service throughout the meal provided by the excellent waiters. I highly recommend Sea Flame-you must try their aged steaks!

The entire staff was amazing. Our large party of 11 couldn't have been happier with the food, the kindness, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the ambiance, or the attention paid to Covid safety precautions. Our experience was top notch and we cannot wait to dine here again. Get the mac and cheese. Get the porter house. The drinks were amazing also.

The food was excellent and the service outstanding. The tuna steak was absolutely delicious. The porterhouse steak was perfect. The only complaint is it’s a little too dark in the restaurant and the prices are high but the experience overall is wonderful!

Definitely worth every penny this place, from the service to the wine and the steaks, I go to a lot of places to eat, this is my top 3 in life for steaks .. it’s very very close to Peter Lugers in Brooklyn.. we will definitely be back .. 👏👏💯

This is hands down the best restaurant outside of NYC. The service is professional and top notch, as is the amazing food. You can’t go wrong with anything you order at this high end eatery. The manager Pete, is a total perfectionist, which translates into us having the best food and service in our area. I’ll be back very soon and often.

The meal was amazing, oysters fresh and super delicious, my Husband and daughter shared the Porter House for 2 and barely mad a dent, cooked perfectly, I had the seafood risotto and it was so delicious again the portions are pretty big so we all had to go containers lol the drinks were great and overall an amazing night! Only concern was seating, we were definitely not six feet from the next table but all waiters and busboys had masks on even saw the bartender had gloves! Waitstaff super friendly and attentive only one busboy was borderline rude but not enough to deter me from coming back! Spent a lot of money not our usual but we wanted to treat ourselves and that we did! Recommend more for a special occasion because of price not a weekly putting type place.

The food and service were absolutely fantastic, and lives up to anything you'd get at a steakhouse in New York City. With that said, I would love to come back here after covid so I can really enjoy the experience. I was unfortunately a bit taken aback by the looseness of the staff when it comes to Covid 19 safety measures. Perhaps this is partly my fault, I should be comfortable with the risk involved with indoor dining and ultimately what I do is my choice, but there are some things I feel obligated to point out. The place was crowded and tables did not appear to spaced out or capacity reduced in any way. We were actually offered a table that was presented to us a "tight fit" which I felt to be wildly inappropriate given the times. Additionally, while all of the staff members technically had masks on, many of them wore them at their chins which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Specifically, at least one of the managers and the bartender would literally have the mask on, and lower it below their chin when coming in close to speak to you. This made me pretty uncomfortable.

Again, this is all stuff that would irrelevant under normal times, and has no impact on the food or service which was fantastic. But please be more cautious until this nightmare is over.

The best steakhouse experience we've had in a very long time. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The octopus appetizer was amazing - tender and perfectly cooked. Seafood tower and raw bar was fresh and delicious. Even dessert was fantastic. The service was on point, everything served quickly, efficiently and perfect temperature. Pricey but worth it for a celebration dinner with the family. Loved it!!

Best steak I have ever had in the US. Sirloin came out on a sizzling plate and the juices were spooned over the meat before serving onto my plate. Was super delicious

where do i start, from the moment we walked in we were greeted by the owners who welcomed us sat us down and the experience began. from the top notch friendly service, atmosphere and dynamic food it is definitely a place not to be forgotten. Honestly the BEST steak I have had in long time. If they could legally named this place Peter Luger’s North it should. PS don’t forget to get the fresh potato chips.

Went for New Year’s Eve. Bartender, host or manager (the gentleman) and female waitress were very sweet. The male waitstaff were beyond rude. Couldn’t ask them for anything, got a real street attitude. Not the kind of treatment I would expect at a restaurant anywhere much less in Scarsdale. The food was great until dessert. The creme brûlée was an ice- cold shallow bowl of custard with un-torched sugar on top. The sugar just sat there on top. Literally soaking into the cold custard. When I asked the waiter if they could torch it, and like... you know turn it into an actual creme brûlée as pictured on their site I got the craziest attitude and was told that’s how they make it there. We spent over 400 dollars between the two of us and the treatment was really shocking to be honest and we are a really no-frills couple especially eating out. There are too many places in the area to return to this place.

Incredible food, incredible service. Glad to find this new steakhouse in lower Westchester. Just as good or if not better than the steakhouses in the city, and closer to home. I highly recommend.
