Sea Change is our Seafood cenric restaurant from Tuna Burgers to Zarzuela to Lobster Kung Pao. Our daily changing menu is market driven. Our cooking techniques feature a global menu, features a full bar and champagne cocktails. Open 6 Nights a Week from 5.30pm.Closed Monday, Brunch on Sundays from 9.30am

Bouzy, A Gastropub is a neighborhood gastropub, Bouzy takes the best of a French brasserie, an English pub, and an American bar and grill using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. With a seasonal selection of artisan beers and many wines by the quartino, Open 7 Nights a week from 4.00pm Brunch on Sundays from 9.30am

The Side Room is a private area where the cuisine and ambiance reflect the seasons- you may request a special menu or a more traditional party menu. Each evening is individually shaped and has a unique menu representing the ingredients the farmers make available to us that day.

We use only the finest ingredients with a strong emphasis on locally produced, seasonal, and organic foods. This insistence on freshness is not usually found outside of the finest restaurants. Chez Mélange prepares all their foods from scratch.

Although the food and service were good this visit was a bit disappointing. The restaurant is one of my favorites in South Bay and we have been patrons for many years. This time, however, I found the selection limited and significantly increased prices. The quality of food is still good but not exceptional and creative as we learned to expect from this place. Perhaps after the Valentines day the chef took some time off, or we were just unlucky that several dishes we wanted ran out, not sure but the experience was just ok. Hoping this was a one-off experience and will be back in a while to see if it is back to par.

Chez Melange never disappoints us. We enjoyed the escargot, the shrimp, the prime rib, the duck, the chocolate cake, and the pumpkin cheesecake. In addition, their cocktails are outstanding, as well as their service.

My wife’s dinner was undercooked and there was a hair in our dessert. At a fine dining restaurant, one doesn’t expect to have these issues happen.

With a new menu with additional seafood and fish dishes, this restaurant is perfect for a pescatarian. Their small plates, veggies, and salads are perfect for 4 or more who want several appetizers to share. In fact, you may want to get 4 or 5 small plates (for 2 people) and make a meal out of them. The service is friendly and wine list is great. Even though there was a music duo playing in the pub in front, we could not hear it in the restaurant in the back. Perfect atmosphere for a special occasion or just a friends' dinner.

Michael Franks is a long time fixture in Redondo Beach. He has consistently updated his fare and kept Chez Melange new and fresh. The new seafood menu is wide ranging with a few items that you may not find elsewhere. It is also nice when the owner is there to make sure you have a great experience. Above all, the food and service were over and above what one finds here in the South Bay.

Really enjoyed the new seafood menu at Chez Melange’s Sea Change. Great seafood appetizers including the Lobster Roll we shared. The Scallops, Opa & Cod we shared were all excellent.

I was disappointed that the menu on Open Table showed they had escargots and some french cuisine. I was especially craving for Rack of lamb. Unfortunately, they had changed the menu and offered more seafood. The oysters were good though and we loved our waitress and the service.

Very nice menu for New Years Eve.
Highlights were the Foie Gras, and the roasted quail!
Very generous portions.

Chez Melange and Bouzy are among our favorite restaurants. The menu changes nearly every day!
