    The flat iron was tender and loaded with flavor. The service was spot on. I enjoyed the quiet and less flare. The chains are known for flare, but Scratch invests in their quality of food and not flare.!

    Of all the times my spouse and I have gone to Scratch Steakhouse and Lounge, we've never been disappointed! The food is consistently delicious and if I may recommend the Red Headed Potato Bombs! They are delicious!

    Monday had certain steaks 1/2 price. What a delicious bargain. We had a very good seafood dip. Drinks were good . Owner-chef stopped by each table. I had side dish of Mac and cheese...very spicy...might have liked a toned down version better. Beautiful old decorative wood bar. Not a fancy place but has an ambience.

    Unusual atmosphere with amazing food. Wonderful service and fantastic steak. Took my husband and family there to celebrate Father's Day and my hubby was ecstatic with his filet. Only thing that could be said is that my daughter was upset because they didn't have burgers on the kid's menu but she ordered the steak and was pleased.

    My husband and I absolutely will be going back to Scratch again. The food was delicious, our server, Abby was great. She was kind, answered any questions we had and helped us with substitutions due to food allergies. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn’t loud and we could hear each other without raising our voices. The music was not overpowering. A perfect place for celebrating our anniversary.

    We had a wonderful experience at Scratch Steakhouse. We were seated quickly, plus server was so helpful and kind and made sure to check on us. The food was delicious and we always love going to and supporting Scratch!

    First time here, Heidi, our waitress and the General Manager came to our table during our meal which was so welcoming. We had studied the menu ahead of time before coming for our reservation and still had questions. Heidi answered all of our questions and discussed with us the way they tweak their signature dishes to order because nothing is pre-made. I would definitely recommend to a friend this little jewel of a place. It's is so much more relaxing with less noise and very unstressful than some of the other venues in the area. Since this was our first visit, we had two people with one entree each and no appetizer. We did order salads and side dishes. The salads were outstanding. Crispy and fresh. I made sure I ate the whole thing which I often do not if a salad is of poor quality. I had the caesars. My partner had the house homemade vinagrette salad and it was excellent. The chicken piccata with lemon sauce capers and linguine was incredible. I had a side of asparagus carbonara. My partner ordered the short ribs and they were tender and incredibly flavorful. Overall, the flavors were balanced perfectly without overpowering any particular note. So, you ask, it's a steak house, why didn't you order steak? We discussed this with Heidi and the GM and the cuts are a little too large for us but they shared some ideas with us about how their regulars use the large cuts in away that is accomodating to design your own portion size(s). Lots of things to try on this menu and I have not even touched on the seafood which we did not sample on this visit. We share a home made cheesecake dessert with not toppings. We wanted to taste the cheesecake un doctored to see if it could stand on its own two feet alone without sauces masking the cake. It was incredible, creamy, soft, not hard, texture was perfect, flavor was good, graham cracker crust was good, the only thing we failed to do was lick the plate clean.

    Tomahawk steak was very good, but not worth it at full price. It’s as much bone as meat. Sweet potato casserole was just ok. The salad was tasty. We ate there before & our meal was great, so we will go back.

    Amazing food. Awesome staff. Great cocktails. The menu is a bit pricier than the chains, but OMG so worth it. This is definitely the best place for steak that I have experienced and quite possibly the best steak in the area. Veggie sides are delicious and the housemade cheesecake is positively decadent.

    First and foremost, the service at Scratch Steakhouse was outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal, making sure that everything was to my liking and ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and it really shows in the level of service that they provide. Of course, the real star of the show at any restaurant is the food, and Scratch Steakhouse did not disappoint in this regard. The filet was cooked to perfection, with a delicious charred exterior and a perfectly pink interior. The Surf and Turf Mushroom caps were simply amazing. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. One thing that really stood out to me about Scratch Steakhouse was the quiet setting. Unlike many restaurants, where the noise level can be overwhelming, this restaurant was peaceful and relaxing. I was able to enjoy my meal without any distractions, which really added to the overall dining experience. For some reason there is a TV over the bar showing sports, but the volume was down and I couldn’t see if from my seat. Overall, I would highly recommend Scratch Steakhouse to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the quiet setting made for a truly enjoyable evening.

    I recommend you get a receipt if you eat here because the prices they have in their computer system is more than what the menu says you are being charged for. They are overcharging every guess that walks in the door. Then management had the nerve to blame the server because she’s only been there for three weeks, I’m sure she isn’t. The one that put your prices in your computer system.

    The steaks are a 10 out 10. But if you have to pay ala Carte for sides they should have been better. My French fry’s were hard and cold. And my green beans were blah. Not worth the price.

    The welcome was nice. Our server Michelle was pleasant and attentive. The crab & artichoke dip was just OK. The ribeye steak and pork chop were excellent as were the sides. Appreciated that the GM Ethan asked about our experience. It's quite a nice place and we're planning our next trip.

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. Our server was engaging and the food excellent. The bone-in ribeye with the mushroom cabernet sauce was delicious as was the flat iron steak my wife enjoyed.

    Food was delicious. My steak came out and was overcooked and they did not hesitate to recook my steak. We were very happy with our meals and our service and will definitely return and cannot wait for the new restaurant to open.

    Made reservations here for our anniversary on the recommendation of friends that live in the area. They always go for the tomahawk special (which we learned is a Tuesday night event). There were only a few occupied tables on a cold Monday night. Our waiter quickly took orders for beverages and informed us of the strip steak special that we shared. Admiring the interior, we inquired of the building’s history. The proprietor came to our table and gave us a history lesson as best as he could. We also learned about the impressive training he had undertaken. It showed in the menu, the meal presentation, and the football preparation. The steak was well-seasoned and the mashed potatoes nicely lumpy and creamy. Freshly baked crème brûlée had a delicate crust and smooth custard. A gem of a place in an unexpected location.
