Went for Easter Brunch. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and were met with a huge line for the hostess stand. We ended up waiting another 25 minutes to be seated. They seemed understaffed, and were struggling to get tables cleared and reset for those who were waiting.
The food was very good. However, there were two buffet centers and we noticed that, despite being told they were the same, they were not. BUt we figured it out and went to both.
We had an assigned waitress. She was alright. Most of the time the plates were cleared by the time we got back from the buffet table. Where we had the big problem was finding replacements for sticky-handled or otherwise dirty cutlery that shouldn't have been re-used. THere were also no dessert spoons to be found anywhere.
Other than that, we had fun and ate well, so we all said we would return.

Jazz buffet was fabulous, as usual. Only complaint: too much food so some was only 'good" instead of "great." But all the salmon was wonderful!!

We had a large group for Easter brunch and were unaware that it was only a buffet for $80 per person, no menu. We were not told this when we made the reservation or when we called Saturday before to increase the number of people. You had 2 chances to let us know but did not. We were all shocked to get a $1000 bill for a very basic BRUNCH buffet. Scott’s needs to train their hosts or whoever takes the reservations to let customers know when it’s a set menu for a set price.

One of the only places to go anymore where the noise is not deafening and one can hear and talk with one's fellow diners without shouting. Also, very generous wine pours!

Scott's is relatively expensive, and hosts a lot of celebrations - so the atmosphere is more special occasion, and less good restaurant, than I prefer. Food is correct but unimaginative. Wine list is unremarkable. Several of our group ordered salads and entrees; some time later, we were informed that the entrees were ready, but salads weren't, so we got entrees before the salad. Odd. Overall, an unimpressive experience.

Had to wait 20 mins before they came to get drink orders, did not go around the table asking everyone, next same with starters, then waited another 15 mins before they started getting orders for appetizer, there was lapse of 20 mins between 1st person getting a drink and last person, service was very slow, decided to go somewhere else for main course

Good place for a group . Service always top notch but food quality has really not been at par with other restaurants. I would given it 4 stars otherwise. The salmon was dry and seafood trio was just drenched in sauce. Even the chocolate velvet cake was dry. This used to be a favorite restaurant but for the price of a good meal, it needs improvement.

Our steaks were overcooked and one of them had a hair under it. When I told the server that I was disappointed in this ,especially since it was my boyfriend's birthday lunch, the server almost froze and said nothing. After a long wait for the check the server and another lady approached with a scoop of sorbet for his birthday and then they dropped the check. No apologies for the poor quality in food nor adjustments to the check.

It was an overall great experience. You need to plan ahead with the expense. Dinner with appetizers and salad, with a single drink, can set you back close to $200. That's 2 people. The noise level was higher than expected for this type of dinner.

As always, everything was wonderful. I love to have dinner with my husband at Scott’s and I always bring my good friends here for a fantastic meal.
Scott’s has the best staff. Barbara , Sarah and Angela always treat me like I’m the most important guest. They are very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu.

The menu is limited during Sunday brunch and the food mediocre. The expensive brunch looked great if you are willing to spend $69 per person.

We were surprised that only the buffet was offered on Sunday (no al a cart til 3). We weren't planning on spending $69.95 + 20% tip + tax for 7 of us. However, the food was excellent, the service even better (they treated our birthday girl royally) and the atmosphere was festive. With the music (which was also very good) and acoustics it is not good for conversations or even hearing our server.
On a bright sunny Sunday, it was perfect for our celebration but be prepared to spend some money.

Beautiful view. Excellent food, we were served my Julio who was fantastic. I don’t really drink which is the only reason the value is a not 5 stars. If you drink the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s they serve it’s a great value.

Used to go here on dates all the time. Reservation was made in advance yet we were seated at a exceptionally small table. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating in moving us when a better table opened up. Food was decent, but over priced. May go back, may not.

We went for my birthday dinner, and since the moment we were sat down everyone was warm and friendly. They attended us very well with drinks and food, the food was delicious (we had a taste of each other plates since everything looked so good). At the end of the dinner I was surprised when they brought me a sherbet ice cream with a candle, they took a picture of us and they gave me a rose and the picture memoir very lovely surprise.

Our server was slow to come back and check on us. I had made reservations for lunch and even specified that it was my aunts 71st birthday. However when the server asked about dessert, my aunt said it’s her birthday. “Do I get a special dessert?” She replied yes, we’ll do something special. She brought out sorbet with a candle? I personally was very disappointed on her decision of dessert! Even my aunt made a comment to me regarding this. Plus I had to flag her down several times for whatever we needed. It was at least 20-30 minutes each time before I had to ask someone to please get our server. I even gave her a coupon for $15 off and she forgot to deduct this until I asked her again? Horrible service. Fish was over cooked.
