Food was excellent. Service was great, though dessert was a bit slow. Didn’t love the location of our table, in the corner, surrounded by unused catering serving dishes. Loved the birthday dessert, flower and printed picture. My mom really enjoyed her birthday dinner, which was the most important part!!
Great service great food great evening. Loved it
We enjoyed our lunch with friends at Scott’s. What we did not enjoy was our table was very close to the next table which made me feel squashed together. Plus, for whatever reason, the light above us kept turning on and off. Our food was excellent. The server and bus people were very attentive. Seth, the manager, is always very friendly and welcoming. We also liked Jeff, our server.
Beautiful venue and especially excellent service this time equals an amazing dining experience.
One time service hiccup. New gal. Had excuses but having to ask for things twice after waiting made my elderly father irritable. Otherwise we love everything about Walnut Creek Scott’s, and normally the service is impeccable.
It is loud for fine dining, the food was amazing, we didnt have the best server however it wasnt terrible.
Had a dinner for the family. Service was great food not so great. The mains were the problem. Steak was a poor cut and not prepared well. Risotto was packaged and more like sticky rice. Halibut was average at best. Our dinner was expensive and I would expect more from Scott’s. Service was awesome and attentive by the way.
We had the seafood tower which was good. It needed sauces for the shrimp and oysters which they forgot.
A beautiful restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food. I recently celebrated my birthday there and I've never been treated so well at a restaurant!
Excellent service and food! Nice ambiance with the live piano playing. Cozy booths also so very romantic.
The lobster and dirty martini are always amazing
Excellent food and aervice
Always great food and service. Very consistent, really enjoyed it.
Service usually better but not that night. The waiter was AWOL while the food sat under the heat lamp. But it was still tasty and the manager gave me a small discount without my asking.
Our experience at Scott’s was mediocre. We were married 11/1/4 at Scott’s and wanted to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Our waiter was no friendly and did not ask about our food or ask if we wanted refills. In fact he never checked on us. The person who served the food was very nice but that’s about it. Overall we enjoyed the food but the waiter made the experience not beet good. Overall disappointed.
As always we enjoyed our dining experience at Scott’s. Our server was excellent as were our choices of food.
My husband ordered NY steak with medium-rare, I ordered filet mignon steak with medium but both of them came out as well-done. They had to cook again so took along time. Sauces are average nothing special. Waiter was nice enough to give us cease salad complimentary as we needed to wait long time to re-cook steak.
My favorite restaurant in the area. Very dependable quality over many years. Great old school service and ambiance. I almost always get the cioppino.
Delicious birthday lunch. Spending $100 for two people for lunch is not my custom, but worth it for a special event.
The lobster Thermidor was terrible. They mixed in tiny shrimp along with the bay scallops and really cut into the value of the $68 entree. To add insult to injury the few chunks of lobster tail that were present, were tough as nails. Really turned me off of what was once one of my favorite restaurants
Although the restaurant was very busy and staff had transportation problems getting in apparently, it was a superb evening and the food was excellent
Immediate service upon being seated is always slow at Scotts WC. Always have to wait 15 minutes for a server to show up & another 15 minutes for the bottle of wine to be delivered.
We had great oysters and a delicious lobster. Service was great and fun!
Disappointing Eggs Benedict They put this awful BBQ hollandaise on it and I guess I missed that on the menu. Beware! Service was great.
Great food and great service. A wonderful place for a special occasion.
Food very good. Wait staff very professional. Not inexpensive, but a good place to take a business colleague or your future in-laws.
Great food (we had Sunday brunch) and great music. Was unaware that the price was $70/person until we got the check. Seems pricey for a brunch.
Sebastian was so kind to me .. getting me settled quickly even though he was not our main server.
My husband and his family have come year for years. Scott’s is an East Bay institution that lives up to its reputation. Can’t wait to go back!
Really good ambiance. Food was really good too and the service was excellent!
Scotts is underestimated. Perhaps because it is been around longer than most other restaurants in Walnut Creek. It is always consistent, always great in a very comfortable old school atmosphere.
Excellent as usual
Scott’s has always been a favorite of ours for special occasions. This night was no exception. Our table was waiting for us and our waiter, Chuck was awesome. Everyone ordered something different and everyone raved, including our family from Seattle. The live piano music was an added plus. Thanks for being as reliable as always!
Good selection, we’ll-prepared!
Great food and service! Great size martinis also! Noise level was uncomfortable. Appreciate complimentary parking.
Great ambiance. Dan provided excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. The bottle of Chardonnay took an unusual amount of time to find us, but when it did, it was very good. I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna which was velvety smooth and buttery soft - very nicely done. Melted in my mouth. The Halibut cheeks too were very well balanced and come highly recommended. The evening was sublime in the company of the Jazz pianist.
Another awesome meal! Thanks for making our anniversary special! Lobster ravioli 5 stars!!!
