always good service and excellent selection for lunch, dinner and sunday brunch

Most enjoyable. Great Happy Hour menu with generous portions and very reasonable. Liked it so much we plan to hold our montly dinner there again next month.

Early evening Birthday Dinner. Food was excellent. Service was very attentive. We brought a cake that they brought out by surprise with candles and gladly cut and served to us. Lovely celebration.

Experience was good nothing above and beyond. Went for brunch with family for a birthday.

A great brunch. Lots of choices including an omelet and carving station. The deserts are incredible. Beautiful view of the golf course.

Dinner celebrating our daughter’s return from her training in the military! Every menu choice was delicious and presented beautifully. Our party of 8 was unanimous in their enjoyment of the food and beverage. Our server, Jeff, was very gracious and made our evening a real pleasure. We look forward to dining here again soon.

The Sunday brunch here is great. Came for dinner and it was mediocre. I will return for Sunday brunch but not necessarily for dinner.

I think the prices need to better match the meal you receive. While the entree prices were average, the price for the side salad and appetizer are a bit excessive for what you receive. I do not understand the $5 additional for a side salad when in most places it is included with your entree. I understand a slight upcharge for Caesar salad but I think $5 is excessive for that as well. The coconut shrimp appetizer was good, but not for $10. The value just was not there for the 4 you received. The shrimp were not even that large to warrant such a price. The crab cakes were good with real crab. Unfortunately, the rest of the dish was lacking for the price. Three grilled vegetables coupled with a small mashed potato was underwhelming.

The live music was so loud my waiter got our order wrong. There needs to be a happy medium, music level where it is enjoyable but we can still hear each other.

Well meaning servers but a bit inattentive.. 4 of us. 3 apps came out not 4. We mentioned this to the server and he acted surprised .. 4th app came significantly later.

Scotland Run is a lovely place. Their Sunday brunch has a variety of food options. No matter if you are in the mood for breakfast or lunch there is plenty to choose from. My advice is to go there hungry and leave room for dessert!

As usual, brunch was a great time. My only suggestion would be to list allergens on the food labels. There were not a lot of options for someone who is gluten free. But the service and overall quality of the food were wonderful.

enjoyed the food.small bar but good drinks with decent prices.noise level was high and with a one man band playing on a friday night it was even noisier.the happy hour looks good and will return in the next week or two to try it.

Birthday Sunday brunch

Great experience all around. Seating was prompt, staff legitimately cared about us. Our server Neal was excellent, helpful but not overbearing. Restaurant was quiet... great for my wife and I to enjoy an excellent lunch.

12/31/17. Food came out way too fast in between courses. Not done one course and next one came out. Gave us the wrong bill Food excellent.

Highland Pub and Grill is a great place to gather with friends and family. Awesome ambiance, good service and food. Pleasant service staff, very attentive and cordial. Never disappointed when visiting.

Very Disappointed in food at Scotland Run Country Club Restaurant -buffet.
Reservation for brunch was for 10;30 AM, food was COLD, not luke warm but COLD, Bacon was hard and stiff, eggs were fluffy but cold, potatoes and sausage were cold. only thing hot was their coffee. Dessert cakes were good but pastry puffs and cannoli's were refrigerated, soggy and no taste. Must have made them two nights before.

I would have gone elsewhere to a better restaurant in Deptford if I knew how bad the food was going to be, I was embarrassed to have brought family here. I attended a baby shower in August and the food was so so- figured their breakfast would be better, I hoped.

I wouldn't recommend the Scotland Run Country Club for food, meals or buffets. What a disappointment . Buffett was from 10:00 AM-3:00 Pm you think they would have had hot food for such an early time (10:30 AM reservation) frame considering we were 1 of only 4 families in the restaurant. Hope their bar makes better drinks to keep the place running. Sad very sad. Service was good, plates removed quickly, coffee refilled when we flagged down staff.

Check Scotland Run off the list of places to eat. Should have gone to Adelphia's. I give restaurants more than one chance, with having two meals that were not good and staff not removing the cold items and replacing with hot is not good service. Checked this place off the list and I told family and friends about my disappointment.

Best brunch ever. We love it here , wouldn’t go any where else, food is the best

The Highlander Pub was very nice, great food friendly service.

We had a wonderful dinner with friends and everything was great. The bar was fun and the music was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly.
Our dinner experience was also enjoyable. Our server went out of his way to accommodate us and all of our entrees were prepared perfectly.
Great place and we will return.

I chose this restaurant for a Holiday staff party as it was centrally located.
The service in the restaurant was horrible. It was not attentive and we had to ask other servers to bring additional needed items.
The food was cold! Not much else to say on that subject. It probably sat in the kitchen waiting for someone to finally serve it.
We did visit the bar area prior to dinner as this was a holiday dinner. The bartender was overworked as well and could not be attentive.
Find somewhere else to have your celebration. The restaurant was not even crowded and the service was terrible!

Great brunch options that are family friendly. To our surprise Santa was there the day we went!

Food very good. We had a table of 12 people. Service should have been more attentive. Very noisy. Could not hear conversations. Had music on, people having holiday dinners on a Dec Friday night. So it's something to expect. If you have a larger group they do have a separate room for a cover of $50, and with a limited menu. I would suggest that for next time.

This was our first visit to Scotland Run, but it will not be our last. My wife and I each had a great meal and thoroughly enjoyed the "Lounge Singer" in the bar area. The only negative is that meal should have included a salad for the price. There was a very extensive drink menu, and the prices for the drinks were reasonable.

I would suggest more variety for the brunch! Having said that, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice.

Great place for happy hour is great goof snd a lot toofger on the menue. So kind to take reservations for happy hour in the bar area or outside appreciate the service as we work and come home from work late some days. Always had great service and handmade cocktails

Birthday brunch, little bit of a wait to get seated & not very busy when we got there, & service a little slow, but all were friendly. Their brunch is very good & all inclusive with full brunch menu, beverage & juice. Also have made to order eggs Benedict & pancakes. Large pastry table. Worth going.

Relaxing place and golf viewing was great. Great food.

A nice evening, the waiter could have been more attentive, he was tough to locate. Sat on the patio and it was a beautiful evening.
