An innovative, classic steakhouse experience with an energetic vibe, warm and intimate design. Offering wood grilled prime, dry-aged steaks from the finest American ranchers, Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks, and the finest sustainable seafood.

The Scotch 80 Prime name pays homage to the historical and sought-after Scotch 80s neighborhood in Las Vegas. The 80 acres of land was purchased in the early 1900’s by the city’s first mayor, Peter Buol. It was bought using funds from Scottish investors and became home to many celebrities, casino titans and prominent Vegas figures.

Thank you for adhering to a business casual dress code. Please no shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, swim- or gym-wear. Remove caps when entering.

Our bartender, Eddie, was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel welcome, was attentive and had great conversation with us, and made the entire experience enjoyable. We would definitely come back, and can’t wait to!

I would like to say our experience with your restaurant has been memorable. Service - Spectacular. From Ren accommodating our location exchange (seating). To Lee provided the level of service that was Amazing. To Hugo being very Awesome with our request. Drinks - Was exactly to our liking. Very delicious! Paired well with our dishes. Chef - Make our food exquisite and our mouth salivate when seeing the flavorful entrees. #ChefsKiss Desert - One word ‘Scrumptious’. Thank you Scotch 80 Team!

We keep coming back to this great restaurant because it is that good. Superb service and wonderful food. The steaks are great. We live here and realize that we have some pretty awesome choices when it comes to dining out. Scotch 80 is our go to place when we just have to have a great meal with friends. The Old Fashions are tasty as well. I highly recommend this establishment. Please enjoy. Ask for MJ. Solid professional who will make your dining experience a success.

Wonderful experience; great drinks at the bar before dinner; quiet horseshoe style booth was exactly what we wanted so we could talk and reconnect. The food was outstanding! Do not miss the Brie appetizer! The Wagyu NY strip steak was cooked to perfection and we did a crab Oscar topping! The potatoes au gratin were creamy and delicious! Although we were so full we had to order the butterscotch crème brûlée and it was the best we’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend this restaurant!

The restaurant was nearly empty, but the service was still very poor. The waiter stopped by my table only once and the quality of the drinks were mediocre. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It's very evident to me as a local that there is no value in care from the deliberate lack in quality in customer service to overpricing on the menu. Poor value all the way around...this is what locals talk about: restaurants on the strip lack luster like they used to and I couldn't agree more. It's evident in not caring in how you treat customers b/c the customers are 1 timers why bother. I can tell you I will never go back to see you...the hassle just to get seated 20 minutes and a decent table was a struggle...then to order the food waiter took forever and was forgetful...just don't care service all around. I don't mind making reservations well in advance and paying the overpriced mediocre food at best but then I expect you as a restaurant to do your part and well and with pride. I wont be back or recommend you but then again you wouldn't care b/c you have 1 timers doing all your hard work paying for service that is shameful. I hope you don't experience the same esp b/c this is what you do for a living....you know better and you should definitely do better!!!

We are locals who enjoy dinning on the strip often. First time here and very disappointed. Steak was overcooked and missed the mark on taste. Mac was good, cream corn was very good. Butterscotch cream rule was the best dish of the night. Old fashioned menu was underwhelming and taste ok. Service was ehh. Couple days passed and saw we were charged twice. Called and spoke to the manager and he got one of the charges reversed.
