Ambiance was spectacular. Great decor - food was not the best around
Unfortunately our experience with Scorpions was less than what we had hoped for. There was much confusion amongst orders, drinks were not served, waters were not refilled, a waitress (although not ours) would not fill our water before filling her own table, leaving a customer who was only drinking water with nothing, when food was brought out, food runners did not even know what the food was they were serving and then claiming we had the wrong food when indeed we did not. Although we understand this is a new establishment we hope that the system and its employees are able to get it under control to make a better experience who those in the future.
Great food but overpriced and should not have to pay for chips and salsa
Scorpion bar was pretty good, great bar scene with an outdoor all seating area to include outdoor fireplace. Music started around 8 on Thursday night, entertainment was great. good selection of beer and of course margaritas. Loaded nachos were excellent, pretty full serving for 4. Got the burritos, they were decent, not great. Highly recommend this place for groups and a night out.
The food was good but the drinks were very expensive and small in size. Very loud in dining room. Love the decor, out waiter was fantastic.
The food was delicious. A fun and active experience.
EVERYTHING about this place is AWESOME!!! From the food to the beverages to the service👍🏼👏🏼 Fresh & delicious EVERY TIME!!!
Fine Dining Environment. Nice place. Good Food. A little pricey.
Second time at the Scorpion Bar since the 1st time we went was right after they opened and service wasn't great so we thought we would try it again. Food is very good, I got the chicken tacos, my husband got the steak fajitas and my daughter got the tomato and avocodo salad and we were all pleased with out food. We stuck to beer and wine and the margaritas last time were just ok. Service was slow and it wasn't that busy. Server was very nice but we probably would have had another drink had she been more available.
Food was cold, way under-seasoned, and far too over priced. We had each had a margarita and a burrito and the bill came out to over $70. Upon receiving our entrees, we found our food to be cold and flavorless. We asked for our dishes to be reheated and they sent out several of their appetizers to apologize for our dishes, those too were well under seasoned and lacked flavor. The concept of the restaurant is ideal and I think that they will do well with their bar business, but the food left too much to be desired, especially with other restaurants in the area.
Food was overpriced and tasted mediocre at best. You have to pay for chips and salsa, unlike ever try other Mexican restaurant. Definitely not worth the $60 for two people.
They are new and are still getting their act together. My husband ordered a very simple 3 taco meal and was allowed to choose what kind so he picked 2 beef and one chicken. The kitchen couldn't handle that and made him get all beef. I'm pretty sure if we went to chipotle they could handle such a simple order.
Mexican menu meets Parrisian portions. Ordered a $15 taco dish and it came with two tiny tacos and no rice on the side with the order. Side orders, including rice, are $5 each. Kind of crazy. My wife got guacamole with her order ($5) and it was a tiny little serving. Either the owner is a super stinge or rent is so astronomical they can't provide any value.
I was so excited to go, I invited five friends to join me. We loved the ambiance and the food was great!
I was very disappointed with what we got. Just a small burrito and that all that came with it. Was not worth the price and the margaritas were very small for $10.
Don't think I would come back
Scorpion Bar has an excellent menu and great tasting Mexican food. The drinks menus are extensive and very interesting. Our only complaint was that the music was way too loud.
Scorpion Bar just recently opened at Patriots Place. Service was very attentive and prompt. Food was very good, although I would probably not spend $14 on chips, salsa and guac again. I got the chicken tacos which were delicious and my husband was pleased with the fajitas. Drinks were pricey, $12 for a margarita made with a margarita mix and served in a regular glass was not worth it, good for 1 but then switched to beer/wine. Prices were high compared to most of the other restaurants in Patriot place, will visit again but won't become a regular hang out even though the bar is good and tv's are great, drink prices will keep us away.
We were there the second day the restaurant was open. They were serving a limited menu but had a full bar. Since I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday then they sent over a special treat for both of us:) drinks were small but food.
