   Food was great as always, however there was an incident that involved what seemed to be a person heavily on drugs storming through the restaurant and acting very aggressively towards the patrons. The restaurant staff acted very professional and were very apologetic, however it took the police 15 min to arrive. This is not the restaurant’s fault however there was no discount or compensation given and considering they had to escort us out of the dining area due to this threat, it was a bit disappointing. Will I be back? Absolutely, but the overall experience this time was beyond bad. This just speaks to the terrible atmosphere that’s been allowed to be created in San Francisco.

   Best come in without a budget, but you will get your money’s worth in the freshness and quality of seafood alone. Add to that delicious full menu items, cocktails, wine, ambience and impeccable service from the moment you enter the door, you’re in for quite an evening. It’s set up into different areas. Some are definitely noisier than others, but the super stylistic bar might make those seats worth it for some. Catching up with old friends, we appreciated being in a roomy booth off to the side. Beautiful views from every angle. It sounds corny, but I wish I could give this place 11 stars. Get the scallops or whatever off-menu items they have that day. And on your way down Fisherman’s Wharf, make sure to stop at Musée Mécanique to check out a hundred years of arcade games!

   We were disappointed by the price of the crab…. It was more than double other locations around the wharf.

   Hi. Thank you for the review. I'm happy to see that the service and ambiance were up to expectations. Sadly, crab is terribly expensive this year and our menu reflects those hikes on our cost. It's worth mentioning that the crab we serve is 100% Dungeness. It's never mixed with blue, lump or any other kind of crab like some others may do. We do offer a lot of other delicious options that are worth checking out. Please consider giving us another chance. We'd love to show you all the other wonderful products we offer in addition to crab.
