The hotel and restaurant is beautifully decorated with amazing river views but the food is unfortunately quite basic and the service all over the place. The staff completely forgot two of our mains and took ages to serve drinks even though the restaurant was almost empty.

We visited on New Year’s Day, there were four adults and four children. The service was particularly slow, maybe there were fewer staff on that day? The food was nice enough, albeit a bit bland. The view across the river is lovely and there was a really nice chilled atmosphere. There is no parking available close by which was a bit of a pain

We made a reservation for the 31st of December at 10 pm, when we arrived the lady told us that there were no tables available even though we booked a table. She asked us to wait 10 minutes, then she asked to wait 20, 30... we waited 40 minutes for a table that we booked. Me and my wife could see available tables all around the floor the problem was there wasn’t anyone there to clean them. When the table was ready we asked the lady if there was any available table outside and she said no when we saw that there were plenty. I know it was New Year Eve but you should have expected that it was going to be busy and this is just bad organisation. The food was good though and me and my wife spent a lovely night but we were expecting a different kind of service.

Very average food, service appaling for nye, hardly any staff on the floor, food came before drinks, 1 hour wait to be seated. Only thing positive was the view.

Reserved a table at 8:30 pm at New Years Eve. Table was ready at 9:00 pm. We ordered french fries for the kids as appetizer. After asking 3 times the french fries were seved two hours later. The main menu was served. One out of the 4 dishes was incorrect. The waiter noticed That he confound the tables, removed all 4 dishes and served them at a different table again. The waiter didn‘t offer any free drink or discount. In total we can‘t recommend this place.

Experience wasn’t as good as previous visits, staff could have been a little more attentive especially around drinks and quite a few things we wished to order were unavailable which was disappointing. The service charge added to the bill was more than a little steep too - would prefer to leave our own tip.
However food was delicious as always and there is always a lovely vibe here.

We traveled to London for the Christmas Holiday and I looked extensively online for a great place for a Christmas lunch/dinner. I read reviews and this establishment seemed like it would be a fine dining experience, which I would expect for the price they charged per person for the set Christmas menu. However I was sorely disappointed with the meal and service. We paid quite a lot for dinner and I was expecting an equally fine dinning experience in return. However the main courses left much to be desired. The turkey was extremely dry and flavorless, the langoustine risotto was bitter and overall the portions were terribly small. The staff was inattentive, leaving us waiting at our table for long periods before offering drink refills and clearing our plates. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for good food or service.

We went for a Christmas lunch. I know it’s in a hotel. but there were very few signs it was even Christmas! Service and food were excellent. Could have been faster bar service as only seemed to be one person serving. Food was hot and all of our wants were satisfied! Would go again would be nice if it were a little less corporate as environment was quite stale. Would be good for business lunches and events.

Food took a long time to arrive . When it did it was quite underwhelming. We asked for puddings while still eating mains as we were going to the O2 and worries we might be late.

Unfortunately the male bartender who served us our before dinner drinks lacked personality never smiled or greeted us in a friendly manner. He would benefit from some customer care training in greeting paying guests. A smile and good evening costs nothing. The waitress who served us was delightful in everyway . The second male bartender who served us a night cap after our night out was pleasant and greeted us with a smile and couldnt do enough for us. The morning staff that served breakfast were lovely to. However we were shown to a table that had not been cleared from the previous sitting as were many other tables that still had dirty crockery that had not been cleared and reset for the next sitting.

We really enjoyed our visit. We found the restaurant very helpful as we had to adjust our booking and then when we arrived we found staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ordered only mains which took a little over thirty minutes to arrive and we were a little short on time as we had a booked event but we found the food delicious. The view over the river made it an ideal location.

Sorry but the service was too slow in this restaurant that wasn't very busy, we had to wait a long time for drinks, in fact my husband eventually went in search of a member of staff to see if there was a problem. We waited over an hour for food from when we entered the restaurant. The chicken and bacon salad I ordered was unbelievably spicy, had this been mentioned on the menu I would not have ordered it and in fact couldn't eat it as it would have made me ill. I ordered a dessert which was far more satisfactory. I didn't complain at the time but should have done but it was supposed to be a relaxing night out and I didn't want any fuss.

Food was lovely, only problem was the filet steak was a little overdone and a little tough..
Otherwise really happy with both price and standard of food.

The staff were friendly and attentive.
Food was nice, starters were served on a wooden board - not to my preference
Roast - 2 options available, I had the beef, it came served in a bowl rather than on a plate - again not to my preference, vegetables blanched so quite crunchy, goose fat potatoes too dry, not my preference, Yorkshire pudding very nice, gravy served in a small jug (no handle) again not my preference. Dessert was okay, I chose Eton Mess, the meringue was slightly too chewy but the accompanied clotted cream ice-cream and strawberries were very nice. I would Recommend the rhubarb cocktail - enjoyed!
Spectacular views in the conservatory looking out to the O2. An over powering sound from a live entertainer singing inside the restaurant, he was good but a bit too loud.

On arrival I ordered a pint of peroni which went flat after the first couple of minutes the waitress fetched another and again it was flat. The main course was served when we were still finishing our starters which was annoying. We had both ordered the fish and chips and both pots of mushy peas were stone cold and it seemed that when they returned with hot ones they had just been microwaved.

Lovely location for lunch overlooking the river. Great singer providing background (sometimes noisy!) music as well.
Unimpressed with the main person who seemed to be in charge; not one smile from any time I saw her around the restaurant. If working somewhere is so awful, surely it's better not to work there at all? Other servers were lovely and friendly.
Food was good overall; we had the roast beef which was quite tasty, but even though we were at the start of dinner service, the beef edges were overcooked and tough. It was quite thickly sliced, which is fine if the meat is perfectly cooked, but on this occasion it was just a bit chewy. The vegetables and Yorkshire pud were lovely.

The restaurant was quiet but it took a very long time for our starters and mains to arrive.

I ordered a dessert, which, when it arrived, looked as though it contained nuts. I asked if the dessert contained nuts and the waitress did not know but offered to find out. She never returned. After waiting 10/15 minutes I asked another member of staff who came back after few minutes to say that it does contains nuts. She scooped it up of the table and walked off. She didn’t offer me anything else.

Nice view, poor service

Attached to the Raddison Blue Hotel this restaurant offers an mixed affordable and smart casual dining experience. Starting with good size cocktails we moved on an ordered a range of starters all reasonably priced. Mains once again were good value and suited all tastes. Would recommend siting by the window with the view over to the 02.
